We had termites around our tree. Speedway Termite came out right away and sprayed. Termites are gone. He also educated us on other options to keep them away from our house.

Because small birds were hidden in a nook, the birds were sealed in the attic. Had to call the company back to locate chirping sounds to remove and fix the entry. Maybe cone should have been used first to make sure birds were out before sealing. The company was responsive and came out as needed to fix our problem.

I just was told it was going to be around 400.00. The technician gave me a quote for 899.00 To seal any openings put granules in the attic. He did say the snake could be in a different part of the house.

They put 4 black boxes outside the house, did absolutely nothing inside the house where the mice are, did not close the opening where it's obvious the mice are coming in, saying leave it so they can get out? They can also come in, right? Charged me almost $1,000.

Communication between the customer (me) and staff (customer service trapper) seemed to be lacking. When I did reach out to their customer service, I was told they would get back to me with an update... which never came. Bottom line, they did provide a service, but I felt like I had to keep on top of the situation.

Tyler came out and went into the attic and climbed and walked the full roof line. He asked a few questions and said, you don't have squirrels in your attic. Offered a suggestion on our gutter guard and left. Unlike a couple of other national companies who claimed there were squirrels and quoted over $3500 for work these guys were good and honest and left w/ no money.
