"Unfortunately this is not an accurate reflection of the situation. According to time stamps on our emails we got your Angi request on a Sunday (when we are not open) and reached out to you that Monday to which you replied you were thankful for the quick response. By that Friday you had your quote for your work. We physically visit sites for every proposal and do not just quote asphalt work based off google maps so it does take time to get the proposals to our customers, especially when you want to meet. I do not find 5 days to be too long to get an asphalt proposal, especially with the struggles all businesses are facing with low staffing as I'm sure you are aware if you drive anywhere around town. 5 days are not well over a week as you have stated. It is very unfortunate that this review will now reflect poorly on our business when it isn't accurate in the slightest. I hope you will show grace to others with all that is affecting our state and country moving forward. Have a blessed day."

The supervisor/vice president actually bought the company and has worked here for 30 plus years. I want to apologize for the past encounter. It's very rare to see a negative response from the work provided here."
came . They gave as an estimate that is about 40% higher than some
previous ones .We have to make phone calls so they finally email it to us.
We asked to provide us with analytical brake downs of
the cost and they gave us a total number without any detailed explanation
as asked.
"In response to [member name removed] poor review, unfortunatly the day he called for an estimate our superintendent who does the estimating for our company had a death in his immediate family and was out the rest of the week. [member name removed] called on a Wednesday, I explained the situation and apoligized for any inconvenience and let him know that the superintendent would contact him the first of the following week. [member name removed] called back again 2 days later on Friday wanting to know why he had not yet been contacted so I nicely explained the situation again and promised him a return call the following week. When our superintendent returned to work the following week he contacted [member name removed] as promised and tried to set up a time to meet with him that week and [member name removed] was unavalible and wanted to set the appointment up for another time. We always do our best to accomidate all of our potential customers, we give a very detailed estimate of the work to be done and have never had any complants about our timley response. We have been told numerous times that we are the only company who would respond to the request for an estimate. Our pricing is very competative and we pay close attention to square footage and to details, sometimes this makes a big difference in price. Unfortunatly, there are those people that you just can't please no matter how hard you try. We are very sorry that [member name removed] feels he had a bad expierience with our company and we will always strive to keep our future customers from feeling the same."
