"They did it at short notice on New Year’s Eve, Sunday night, without charging extra for emergency service. It was pricey, but I got a top of the line unit. It works great, uses less gas than my old unit, and it is supposed to last for 25 years. They also replaced my sump pump, my water level alarm, and my water shut-off valve. The owner came by a couple days later to check on everything. He upgraded the natural gas supply hose, and made a couple more improvements.
