"We had been told previously by other companies in recent years that we needed a new well dug. We read the reviews on this company and liked that they had lots of experience dealing with wells. We thought we’d get their assessment and C and J felt it was our well pump and they were right. It was a two day job because of the difficulties with removing the old pump . They had to do an acid wash overnight to loosen the old pump and facilitate removal and then flushed out the well before putting in the new pump. Everyone was very professional and explained every step. They also gave us tips on keeping our well and new pump in good working order. Many wells in our area are, like ours, slow recovery wells so they also advised putting on a regulator to keep it from getting overwhelmed. Because of the difficulty with the old pump and it being a two day job, it was a bit more expensive than we had anticipated but it was worth it to feel confident that things were done correctly. Our new pump is working great. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again and highly recommend them especially to anyone with well problems!"

About two days after the initial call they sent out a tech, he was on time and happy to help. Took a look over the sump pump that was not draining correctly and asked a few questions. Quickly figured out the issue, it needed a part so that it could drain properly on its own and without us needing to manually drain it ourselves as we had been doing the past few times it rained. Thank goodness!! Had the part readily available in his truck, had it installed within 15 minutes. The issue was fixed right away and we have yet to have another issue with the sump pumps.
