"We were in need of pressure tank replacement and since the pump was almost 30 years old we decided to replace it also. It was amazing to watch them flush out the gunk that was in the well and install the new pump. It made a great difference in the water quality after they flushed out the well. Pretty certain that was not something the last installer did. However, the constant pressure system they installed is to die for! After living here for 40+ years and dealing with low pressure problems it was just something we felt we had to live with. Well, I am here to write you that they fixed that problem and we still are not believing the difference! Not only that but a lifetime guarantee included. All at a price we considered very reasonable. Really nice guys! Did a great job, as scheduled, and you wouldn't know they had even been here. High fives!"

"Soon after we moved into our house in 2019, one of the two sump pumps we had was not fully draining on its own. We called and let them know of the issue. About two days after the initial call they sent out a tech, he was on time and happy to help. Took a look over the sump pump that was not draining correctly and asked a few questions. Quickly figured out the issue, it needed a part so that it could drain properly on its own and without us needing to manually drain it ourselves as we had been doing the past few times it rained. Thank goodness!! Had the part readily available in his truck, had it installed within 15 minutes. The issue was fixed right away and we have yet to have another issue with the sump pumps. These guys are awesome, knowledgeable of their products and systems, and have wonderful customer service. I always recommend Everdry for anyone’s sump pump and waterproofing needs!"

"They did it at short notice on New Year’s Eve, Sunday night, without charging extra for emergency service. It was pricey, but I got a top of the line unit. It works great, uses less gas than my old unit, and it is supposed to last for 25 years. They also replaced my sump pump, my water level alarm, and my water shut-off valve. The owner came by a couple days later to check on everything. He upgraded the natural gas supply hose, and made a couple more improvements. This company stresses quality work and customer satisfaction."

"Our sump pump quit working so I searched on HomeAdvisor early in the morning. One of the recommendations was Attaboy Plumbing. Within an hour they had contacted me. Since we wanted to get the sump pump situation rectified, I went ahead and engaged them. A visit was scheduled for that afternoon. The technician arrived with a replacement sump pump and within about a half hour the job was complete. The technician was friendly and professional. We couldn't believe how fast the situation was resolved. We highly recommend Attaboy Plumbing."

"My basement was flooded during the storm on 6/17/26. We called James and Son Well Company to check. Mr.Jason showed up even it was at night around 10 pm. He stopped the flooding as he let the pump working. He highly recommended us to replace the pump as it was about 9 years old and back-up battery was also broken. He showed up on 7/1/26 with an advanced pump and replaced the whole unit, even the weather is extremely hot. The new pump is working so well so far, without any noise. Appreciate the team’s great work!"

The initial visit was not so great. The plumber came and quoted over 5k for the job. When asked about it the price dropped to around 2000. The plumber stated there were additional fees and also tried to get us to call back and do some of it as a side job. The first plumber also complained about not making a proper commission off of the price drop. He also unglued the sinks and turned them upside down to install the faucets. After calling the company back we did get another plumber out to fix everything and was presented an additional cost. They did go ahead and waive any additional fees after they ended up coming out a few different times. The 2nd plumber that helped was hospitable, trustworthy, and got everything done. (Gary - the good plumber) was helpful and also got 2 different supervisors involved to fix all issues. 

I would say the initial appointment and work done was sub par and not done to what we wanted. Considering the company did go above and beyond to correct issues we were pleased with the end product! We again appreciate the integrity and extra mile they took to get everything completed!
