It took quite a few attempts, days and hard work from Logan and other crew members. Finally, Brad with C & J Well called on that following Friday morning and said he was on his way and he will get the pump out. About two days after the initial call they sent out a tech, he was on time and happy to help. Took a look over the sump pump that was not draining correctly and asked a few questions. Quickly figured out the issue, it needed a part so that it could drain properly on its own and without us needing to manually drain it ourselves as we had been doing the past few times it rained. Thank goodness!! Had the part readily available in his truck, had it installed within 15 minutes. The issue was fixed right away and we have yet to have another issue with the sump pumps. It works great, uses less gas than my old unit, and it is supposed to last for 25 years. They also replaced my sump pump, my water level alarm, and my water shut-off valve.
