"We hired Villa Silva to install tile for our new shower. I had originally planned to do it myself, but decided to let someone more experienced handle it. Best decision I have made recently. Fransisco definately knows tile and we are very happy with the installation. They also took care to protect our floors and carpet and kept the work area clean. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a tile pro. We are also having them back to install our LVP flooring and shower door."

"Great job all around. The sales rep came to our home and was very transparent about the timeline of the install being 10 weeks out. Let us know we wouldn’t really hear anything until a couple of weeks before the install. They did demo all the way down to the studs, disposed of all trash, re plumbed and installed the new shower in 2 days! We did financing through power pay with them as well. At first you might have a bit of sticker shock, but the quality of the finished product and amazing staff is well worth paying for. Fernando was always on time and amazing to work with. Great job!"

"Grande Remodeling did more than just pain. They removed all of the old flooring from the whole house and replaced it. They painted every room including the trim, ceilings and doors. They also did plumbing work and installed 2 pet doors. They were fast, polite, and reasonably priced. Even Julio's wife was very helpful. I would recommend them for everything."

Carmel had a bunch of extra requirements but eventually we got the permit with extra additions and Maynor himself did a great job handling the changes and keeping us in the loop! "Because of the high winds this winter/spring (2016), we had vinyl siding fall off our home and become damaged. I found George through Home Advisor after I had already hired 2 other contractors to complete the work. Both prior contractors dragged their feet taking multiple weeks. After not making any progress, I let them go. With boards falling off daily due to crazy spring weather, I was in a hurry to get my siding fixed. I called several contractors, George was by far the quickest to respond. I had a same day visit, estimate, and he called several hardware stores in the area to finally find a match for our the type of vinyl siding (on the opposite side of Indianapolis too). The next day, he and his employees had already finished repairing our home. I was amazed how quickly they were able to repair our home after my first two experiences with other contractors. He even made a special trip up the same week to repair one additional small piece. I really appreciate how George went above and beyond to fix my house. Best customer service I have experienced with any construction contractors by far. Will be using him for future projects."

Kevin worked me into his schedule which I appreciated. Besides installing three new smoke alarms, Kevin installed a new kitchen faucet and a Ring Doorbell. Kevin completed everything quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up everything and took all leftover material with him leaving my house in great condition. Kevin is friendly and professional.
