"Installers Jason S. (Lead) and Tyler H. were very professional and upfront about the complications of my particular bathtub remodel, and though we had to go to a second day I felt they did a very good job. They listened to my concerns upon finishing and corrected any issues or advised me on my own correction since the issue was transitional and outside of their specific job parameters (something that might be helpful to know in the future, before the final caulk is done, specifically the need to clean my floor tiles before installation as they made a poor transition from the perfectly remodeled tub and shower and were harder to clean after final caulking). As far as all the other custom requirements they asked me, listened and implemented to my satisfaction. I am happy that they listened and adapted their job to my parameters to help address a long tern wall-splashing issue upon tub exit. The whole experience was surprisingly painless and I would definitely use West Shore again for future projects. My only other minor criticism is that the original Salesperson should more clearly state that the shower cannot be used for 24 hours after installation, as the installers did very clearly, but that had not been clear to me before they installed (perhaps glossed over too quickly by my Salesperson)."

"Okay. No complaint; however, had a different contractor replace the back gutter at the same time. APEX price, gutter only, was $277. This was for half the gutter, which included multiple seams, plus there was an additional charge for cleanup. Other contractor replaced the entire back gutter, no seams, for $249, and there was no additional charge for cleanup. I report; you decide."

Fransisco definately knows tile and we are very happy with the installation. They also took care to protect our floors and carpet and kept the work area clean. "The job started as a bathroom remodel with just changing tile. After the tile was removed water damage was found and the job went from remodel to rebuild! Tom brought in additional crew to help out and keep things moving along. The guys were very precise and made sure that tile and other things were installed exactly how you wanted.
