"Installers Jason S. (Lead) and Tyler H. were very professional and upfront about the complications of my particular bathtub remodel, and though we had to go to a second day I felt they did a very good job. They listened to my concerns upon finishing and corrected any issues or advised me on my own correction since the issue was transitional and outside of their specific job parameters (something that might be helpful to know in the future, before the final caulk is done, specifically the need to clean my floor tiles before installation as they made a poor transition from the perfectly remodeled tub and shower and were harder to clean after final caulking). As far as all the other custom requirements they asked me, listened and implemented to my satisfaction. I am happy that they listened and adapted their job to my parameters to help address a long tern wall-splashing issue upon tub exit. The whole experience was surprisingly painless and I would definitely use West Shore again for future projects. My only other minor criticism is that the original Salesperson should more clearly state that the shower cannot be used for 24 hours after installation, as the installers did very clearly, but that had not been clear to me before they installed (perhaps glossed over too quickly by my Salesperson)."

"Dave contacted us right away when we purchased the "Big Deal" through Angie's List. We kept him informed of what we had purchased, and he was always good to communicate to us what the job schedule would be. We were very impressed with the young man would did the painting and installation of the light and exhaust fan. We had originally bought Snapstone for the tile floor and Dave explained that it was more expensive than ceramic so we returned the Snapstone and went with Dave's suggestion. We are so glad we did. The tile floor turned out beautifully. We would definitely use Apex Design in the future if we have other remodeling jobs. Approximate cost includes the extra we had done in our master bath and the fixtures we purchased ($1250 of the Big Deal price was allowed for bath, flooring, vanity, sink, etc.)"

"My review is very delayed but the work was a small area. They removed a glued laminate flooring a laid ceramic tile. It was an entryway project that did not take very long and there work was excellent."

"We found water leaking from the water heater. Just by chance. So he just jumped in and replaced it. All Good. He originally came to replace a bath room fan with an upgrade that has a heater. I had purchased a unit long ago ,still in the box, so he proceeded to install it, He informed me that it was wired directly but need a part ordered for it. I decided to purchase another new one ,which I did. He left the crawl space open. He left the new wire to the fan hanging in the crawl with no staples. He mounted a used switch on the wall for the heating part of the fan. It was not at the same height and was a cream colored switch with a white cover. On the other wall the fan switch and light switch were not separated. They now are. I bought a new switch and had it put in. I bought another new Heat switch and cover and mounted it. I still have not stapled the wire up. I will in the future. I will put the crawl cover back on and replace the TV . I asked for a receipt and he said the water heater from Menards was around 900 dollars and would give me a receipt. Never did but on the phone he said in text he would try to find it. I'm still waiting. The company did work to resolve any problems we had and they did take care of everything."

"Great job all around. The sales rep came to our home and was very transparent about the timeline of the install being 10 weeks out. Let us know we wouldn’t really hear anything until a couple of weeks before the install. They did demo all the way down to the studs, disposed of all trash, re plumbed and installed the new shower in 2 days! We did financing through power pay with them as well. At first you might have a bit of sticker shock, but the quality of the finished product and amazing staff is well worth paying for. Fernando was always on time and amazing to work with. Great job!"

"It seemed like it took forever but it was worth every penny. They are fabulous people to work with. Our new kitchen is beautiful. We knocked out a wall that divided a family room & kitchen and made it one BIG room. Hickory cabinets,granite counter's large 9' ft. granite island, tile floor. Stainless steel appliance's. It's just a Great looking Kitchen. I should of put it in Star paper before/after. Unbelievable!!!!!!!!"

"My granite kitchen countertop, had a loose cracked area at the sink. They were able to glue this area back into place. Worked with me on price. They came out the following day after being called. Stated they would arrive around 11am and arrived at 11:30. I would hire again if needed any more work completed with stone countertops."
