The gentleman that provided the installation service was very courteous and professional. He took time to explain what was to be done and how it was going to be completed. He performed additional tasks besides the installation of the shower by repairing holes in the ceiling as well as installation of our new toilet and vanity. Each and every day that he worked the work area was cleaned and spotless.

Remodel of 50-year-old bathroom. Replaced modular shower/bath unit with walk-in shower, new flooring, new toilet and vanity+sink (we provided toilet & vanity). Everyone we interacted with was personable and professional. The young man who performed installation did an excellent job. We would certainly recommend this company.

Buyer Beware!!!!! The sales guy Aaron told us what a great company they are, BBB A+ rating, Good housekeeping guarantee, factory trained certified installers. showed us awesome pictures of jobs they did. We were so excited. Chris Mooney the production manager came out to measure. The assistant production manager came out by his self to do the installation. I let him set up in my garage thinking I would get a great installation. The install took 4 days, on day 3 I voiced concerns that the panels had a rough edge, he said it would look fine when he finished. Well, it looks like a rough edge with caulk on it. Thats just the start of this poor installation. I don't think these people know what plumb and square is. Overall, poor installation. then they decided they could fix it for another $5,600. initial price after discounts $16,830. I highly recommend staying clear of SHO PRO of INDIANNA.

The installer was wonderful. Here on time and worked hard. Both the tub shower and the master bath shower was done beautifuly. Worth every penny. Was great to have it done right and I was here to watch every thing he did.

I love my walk-in tub. The installer did a great job. I would highly recommend Sho-Pro of Indiana and Bath Ppanet of Indianapolis.

I am beyond impressed of the professionalism of our installer, Joshua. He took the time to explain what he was doing and was meticulous with his work. His attention to detail has won me over. I love my new kitchen. I will definitely recommend Sho Pro to friends and family looking to upgrade their kitchen.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Their communication is absolutely horrendous and their customer service is even worse. The guy that came out to give us a quote was the only good thing about this company? and he probably lied straight to our face. We agreed on cabinet refacing, new countertop, and new sink. They promised it would be done before our wedding. After giving them a check for half of the full price I had to call and call to find out what the next steps were. They eventually came out to measure. The guy called TWO WEEKS later wanting to come back to remeasure because one of the measurements was wrong. After that? radio silence. Nobody called me with any plan or next steps. I would call them and they either wouldn?t answer or told me they would call me in a few days once they had more information. Never called back. This happened at least 3 times. I would leave voicemails and they would never return them. Eventually it was 3 weeks before my wedding and they still hadn?t scheduled an installation date with me so I wanted to cancel the contract. The lady on the phone told me I couldn?t cancel and I needed to read the back of my contract. I asked her what it said since I didn?t have it with me at that time and she couldn?t give me an answer. She just kept telling me I needed to read the contract. She eventually HUNG UP ON ME and the project manager called me back. He apologized and said there was a delay in getting materials but nobody ever told me this the many other times I called trying to find out why they weren?t scheduling an install date yet. Anyways? I told him I needed to speak with my husband over the weekend to figure out what we wanted to do. I even called my lawyer to figure out how to get out of the contract (which we would have been able to do because on the paperwork it had a date range from date of start to date of finish and that time frame had already passed and they still didn?t even have the materials yet). So I called Monday to discuss plan and they never returned my call or voicemail so I canceled my check. 8 months later?. Still nothing. What company comes to a home and gives an estimate, writes up a contract, takes your check, then never delivers on their promise and when you cancel the check they never contact you to figure out why or get their money for the specifically measured cabinets and countertops they can?t install in anyone else?s home?! An unprofessional scammer. That?s who. They either didn?t want to deal with me anymore and took the loss or they lied and never ordered my materials. Do yourself a favor and find a different company for any of your home needs!

5 stars for our installer. 1.5 stars for Sho-Pro customer service. Our project was a kitchen reface with new soft close cabinet doors, pull out shelves in 2 base cabinets, new countertops, sink, and faucet. We did not anticipate delays with the contract timeline; yet our installer made all the difference in our experience with Sho-Pro. His expertise is off the charts excellent. He went above and beyond the scope of work by identifying potential problems and recommending/executing unique solutions. His foresight was most welcomed and comes from years of experience and expert skills. We are very happy with his work and overall project results to date. The countertop install is actually scheduled for later today. This review reflects all work that went into the kitchen cabinet refacing.

Company was great to work with. They honored all my requests.

In August 2020 the owner of Sho-Pro of Indianapolis promised me by phone that due to their installation problems with our shower installation, their slow repair service, they're not returning most of my phone calls, or not replying to most emails, and the damages they caused in our home, Sho-Pro would not charge me for replacement parts and needed caulking which I tried to order through Sho-Pro. He said he would have the parts and caulking the following week. Their Service Manager also informed me the same thing. However, after several weeks of no call or email from the Service Manager, I called Sho-Pro. All of the parts did not come in, but they would deliver them to my home the following Monday. They did not deliver anything on Monday. The office said they needed to reschedule for Tuesday. I informed them to leave the items on my front porch, or I could make delivery arrangements with a neighbor. The Service Manager did not call me. I called the office to let them know that I was going to get new tires for one of our cars. She said they would reschedule. Sho-Pro did NOT call me back, and after my two additional voice messages after another month, they still did not return my calls. Now I have spoken with a new receptionist 3 times in their office, and once with an answering service during their normal business hours over a 4-week period. They (anyone with Sho-Pro) have not returned my calls or emailed the information I have requested. I still do NOT have the replacement parts or caulking. I had to purchase a non-exact matching caulking to make needed caulking repairs to prevent additional water damage because of their previously repaired caulking which was installed incorrectly twice. They have refused to give me a 3rd party contractor to correct their installation problems and their unsatisfactory repairs. I want my previously ordered parts and caulking, which I can pick up from their office. And, I want in writing the Manufacturer's name, model, etc. of the shower door, it is shower door rollers, the showerhead and control handle assembly, and complete information of the caulking colors/types they used for the initial installation. This includes where I personally can directly purchase these replacement items. FYI - I was wrongly informed by Pro-Sho that the shower doors and its parts, Moen grab bar, and shower head and handle assembly came from Bath Planet corporate. Bath Planet informed me these items were not purchased by Sho-Pro through Bath Planet corporate for our home. So, Bath Planet does not know what was installed. Moen has informed me after emailing them photos, that the grab bar is Moen, but the showerhead and handle assembly is not Moen. Initially, after continuous repair issues with Sho-Pro, Good Housekeeping (product warranty) appeared to be an installation problem, not a Good Housekeeping warranty issue. This is a quick and not complete summary of the previous and ongoing installation, damages, and repair issues with Sho-Pro of Indianapolis/Bath Planet. We do NOT recommend anyone use Sho-Pro/Bath Planet) products and services. We will not use either of them for our additional pending shower installation. Should I send them a demand letter?
