We hired Villa Silva to install tile for our new shower. I had originally planned to do it myself, but decided to let someone more experienced handle it. Best decision I have made recently. Fransisco definately knows tile and we are very happy with the installation. They also took care to protect our floors and carpet and kept the work area clean. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a tile pro. We are also having them back to install our LVP flooring and shower door.

After hiring Francisco to repair tile flooring in my rental property, I asked him to replace a bathroom sink in my residence. He replied very promptly and scheduled a time to do the work within a few days. He showed up right on time and was prepared to do the work immediately. He did an excellent job and I will for sure hire him to do work in my homes in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about Villa Silva Flooring! Francisco was prompt and very communicative. He came out in August but due to issues with insurance I couldnâ t start work until November and he consistently followed up and checked in with me on status. Heâ s also incredibly personable. The work he did looks AMAZING. I had been dragging my feet on DIYing my bathroom but after seeing the time and care he took on the LVP floors, trim, and my stairs that he fixed I decided to have him tile my shower and bathroom floor. The tiles had to line up perfectly and the lines are SO CLEAN Iâ m so happy I had them do it rather than myself. 20/10 would hire again (and likely will).

In this day and age when contractors are unreliable or frequently start a job, not to finish it, or finish it late, it is with great pleasure that I recommend Francisco Silva as an honest and reliable contractor who did a GREAT job, and he started a day after we contracted him! His work was excellent, the tiling went perfectly with the bathroom walls, (his recommendation), and our tenant was extremely pleased with the professionalism and quality work of Silva Flooring as well. Prices were reasonable as well. Highly recommend, and we look forward to doing business with Francisco again.

We were pleasantly impressed with VillaSilva. They tiled our 19ft fireplace and it looks beautiful! There were a couple minor imperfections that we pointed out and Francisco and his team immediately fixed without question. We would highly recommend Villasilva for anyone with tile needs.

I was in desperate need for a contractor, and this guy came to my door ready to work. He said I can start tommorow. I was like slow down, buddy! He told me about this place to purchase vinyl flooring for a cheaper price, and the advice was very useful because I bought my flooring there. He came with me to Menards and helped me load the baseboards onto his van. Very friendly and respectful and has excellent suggestions. He had the idea to install the baseboards underneath my sink free of charge, and I told him no. Now I'm kicking myself in the butt because I should have taken the dea, lol. Well, anyway, he did a great job. Very punctual and diligent, and prices were very reasonable, and if you need something done, he can't do he knows a guy that knows a guy and will get it done at a reasonable price. I'm very satisfied with all the work that was done 10/10 he is an artist!!
