"Very professional. Nic was adamant about the quality of his work and wanted to make sure each step of the cleaning process was appropriate and good. Did want to mention the cleaning ingredients got on my wood floor. It was wiped up but did some minor damage to the surface that my husband recovered. Would suggest a Drop cloth around the furniture if working around hard wood floors. Otherwise very satisfied with the cleaning."

"I've finally found a cleaning company that fits my budget. Easy to schedule and also do such a great job every time they visit my home. A Touch of Clean has also provided me with excellent customer service. Will definitely continue to use this company for all my cleaning services. Amazing crew doing the cleans as well as in the office."

"I only found a couple places later that hadn't been touched, but majority of everything had been cleaned.  We have wood laminate floors that have a glossy finish basically in all rooms except bedrooms.  They are extremely challenging to clean and not see a residue or make footprints later.  The floor cleaner they used caused us to see footprints and our dog's pawprints starting that very evening.  We had to go around and spot clean the floors by hand.  We have asked them to try a different product on their next clean.  Our main reason for deciding to hire a cleaning company is because of our challenging floors.  So far the only way we found we were able to get them clean without a residue was by cleaning with microfiber cloths, Bona floor cleaner spray and being on our hands & knees.  The mop would leave a residue of sorts.  So you can see why we are hoping the cleaning service can handle them for us!  They seem very receptive to trying to find a product that works well on our floors.  We are going to have them do an every 4 week cleaning, while we clean in between their service appts.  I look forward to seeing how the "regular" cleans are done.

"Rob arrived as scheduled, on Friday.  He began with the upholstered furniture, determining that it mainly required "parts" cleaning--three BIG round arms, mainly, but cleaned other parts, too.
The first arm, on the chaise, quickly came so clean it looked like new; I couldn't believe it!  One sofa arm was good, but I was outside when he did the other.  Before I came in, he had also cleaned the carpet, so I stayed out of the living room for a day and a half, just to be sure it was dry.  When I went into the living room, I expected everything to look like new, just like that first arm.  But the second arm of the couch looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all, still disturbingly dirty.
The office called Monday morning to see how the job had gone and I reported the dirty arm, not certain that Rob had cleaned it.  She talked to Rob and called me back, saying she'd like to have him work on that couch's arm.  He was at my house again about an hour later!  He did both couch arms--and they now look great!
Friday, when he was first here, was an overcast day; the sunlight in the room on his second visit made the dirt far more visible than the artificial light that he had to use on Friday.  And who knows, it's possible the drying process brought more dirt to the surface.   Whatever, I'm now a happy camper.  Two very old, almost-white upholstered pieces are no longer an embarrassment and will serve for a few more years.
The carpet is clean but there's still a shadow of a couple of the urine stains.--just as they warned and just as I expected, as they WERE very old and had survived previous removal efforts.  But a few seem to be gone and the remaining shadows are no longer an embarrassment, either, as they're barely visible.
All in all, I'm pleased both with the service and with the unbelievably prompt follow-up."

"The young men arrived on time, worked professionally and efficiently. The entire process took 2-3 hours and they cleaned the area well. I was thrilled when I saw the finished product as the shower floor looks like new. I highly recommend CDH for all your resurfacing needs."

"They are a small family owned company. There were two of them that came. They offered us a good price. It is an expensive job. The other people that we checked with wanted $1,000.00 to do the work, then they were willing to come down to $700.00. I told them I wasn't going to use them, and then went with Superior Marble. This is a job that I am never going to have to have done again while I live here."

Floor Sanding questions, answered by experts

When considering the price of drilling a well, factor in how much you’ll save in water costs per year. The average family of four uses 100 gallons of water per person per day in the U.S. With a private water well, you can save hundreds each year.

Wells are also environmentally friendly. You don’t need to worry about drinking water treated with chemicals. Talk to at least three well pump contractors in your area. They’ll be able to tell you more about your options, give you different quotes, and discuss the biggest concerns.

Professional well contractors may use electromagnetic mapping to look for places with a high likelihood of water. Water access can vary significantly, even on the same property, so it can be difficult to know where to drill if you don’t have specialized tools to look for water.

If a buyer pays for a survey, the surveyor they hired will only provide results to them. It’s up to the buyer whether they share the survey results with the seller or not, even if they ultimately walk away from the deal. It’s considered good faith to share the results with the seller, though, especially if you back out of the deal, as the seller can then provide that survey to future interested parties.

Yes, new home construction will always require building permits, no matter where you live. In most cases, you’ll need a general construction permit, along with plumbing and electrical permits for the utility lines in your home. Depending on where you live, you’ll likely find that you also need permits for things like connection to a sewage system or installing exterior components, like decks, driveways, patios, and curb cutouts. Leave navigating the permits required for new home construction to a professional to ensure your home is built legally and safely.

With proper training and experience, reading blueprints is fairly straightforward and not very difficult. If you don’t have the necessary knowledge to interpret the symbols, abbreviations, and other notations used, blueprints may not make sense. Learning to read blueprints can help you understand the construction process and keep you more involved and informed when you’re building a house.
