AT Renovations

We did a full bathroom remodel. We hired AT renovations to also replace and install four exhaust fans. One of these fan fans works fine. The others don?t. They said they installed one but did not They just replaced the cover on the fan when we caught them. They came back and installed it but it?s not working well. We find out at this point they are not electricians. But they charged $195 per fan to install. They also gave an estimate to paint the bathroom, but took the painting of the bathroom out of the estimate without telling anyone. We also hired them to paint my bedroom, which they charge $650 and didn?t prepare the wall at all. They did a lot of tile work in my bathroom didn?t tape off my closet or my bedroom so you can just imagine how much dust there was. They installed my mirrors, which are also the light fixture charged $400 extra to do that and left a mess. There is so much more.

Annie and her team are great! They were on time and stuck to the timeline. So happy with my floors. Already recommended them to family and friends!

Good experience good work and fairly priced

The job was done quick and efficient. Out in 3 days. Disappointed that I'm stuck with caulking the baseboards, fill the nail holes and paint all the baseboards.

Octavia and his wife treated our home as if it were theirs. She gave us a very fair quote...better than 5 others I had gotten. They showed up ON TIME and they did exactly what they said. Not only did they do a fabulous job putting down our new floor, but they also educated us on what flooring is good and what doesn't wear well. (That saved us a lot!!!! They go above and beyond, ever fixing things on my floor that I didn't know needed repair. I'm using them for any and everything I have in my home.. I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND AT RENOVATIONS

I had to have my kitchen redone thanks to water damage and mold. They came over to measure and I got an estimate very quickly. Their recommendations helped me find what I wanted and save money on the project. They came in and not only replaced my cabinets but also took care of the flooring, fixed some aging sink plumbing, and relocated an outlet for me as well. Their recommendations also meant that my kitchen was installed weeks if not months faster than using the big home improvement stores in the area. And I am in love with my new kitchen!! So to sum it all up: I got the project done faster and cheaper, used a great small local business, and ended up with an amazing kitchen. They really do it all and I will be turning to them for any project in my house that I canâ t or wonâ t tackle on my own. Add in that theyâ re just great people too and youâ ve got a winning solution!

They were very professional with everything they did. They made sure that if there were any issues with something that they contacted me first before moving forward. They paid attention to detail, which was very important to me. They treated my home and all the renovations that they did as if it was their own home. I feel that their prices are reasonable and the end result speaks for itself. I had waited for 12 years to get my kitchen redone and I am just in absolute awe of how beautiful and amazing it turned out. I will definitely be using their services for other repairs that need to be done in my home. The most important thing to me about the work that they did, they DID NOT cut corners at all.

I have hired AT Renovations for a couple of projects, the largest was removing about 1500 square feet of laminate and carpet and installing Vinyl plank. I had several estimates and their company had the best pricing and service. They were able to assist with product choice, helped with the ordering process and the install went very smooth. I had a party at my house the day they finished, that is how clean they left my house. All of the old product was removed, new product was installed and there were zero issues.

I had vinyl plank flooring installed on nearly my entire first floor. This group was meticulous. Their work was that of perfectionists. They advised me concerning issues that the store never brought to my attention and then they helped me resolve the issues. They were careful, professional, on time, polite and knew what they were doing. They cleaned up all the debris and even helped me put felt on the feet of all my furniture. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and recommend them without reservation.
