Great people all around people to work with. From owner to helpers. Work was done in a timely fashion and top notch work.

You can not ask for a better company. They went above and beyond in all aspects. Came on site to go over materials, extremely accurate measurements, went an extra mile after insurance was difficult to say the least, on time every day, and finished ahead of schedule with everything being PERFECT! I can not express my appreciation enough and words can not describe how great this group is!

My wife and I bought our first home and wanted to make some immediate changes, so like any inexperienced DYI expert I dove right into removing tile flooring from our entryway (see photos for aftermath). I quickly realized installing this complicated job was above my abilities, and with maybe a box and a half of materials leftover there was not enough room for error to learn. I reached out a few contractors, mainly by looking for their numbers on HomeAdvisor and calling them directly. Guardian had fantastic reviews so they were one of my choices. From the moment Kristen answered the phone I felt like they truly cared and wanted to get the job done for us. Her customer service was fantastic, and although they were booked out for months, she kept us in mind if they had an opening (which they did!). On the day of installation, Dave and three of his crew members arrived on time and immediately started working. Dave was very upfront about the challenge they faced with having so little material to work with, but assured us that they would do their absolute best to stretch it as far as possible. If I remember correctly, it only took them roughly 4 hours to complete the job and we even had 4 planks leftover! They were quick, professional, transparent, and everything you could ask for from a company. As you can see from the after images, Guardian did a fantastic job of finishing the section out. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone, and will definitely be calling them again in the future.

They were fantastic. Came out promptly and gave us a very reasonable quote. Then, were able to begin and complete the job in a very reasonable time. They kept us informed of every step of the process. They protected the other areas well from the dust. Cleaned up every day and left everything in great shape when finished. The floor looks better than I ever thought possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering have a wood floor redone.

We hired Guardian to resurface and refinish our hardwoods for our open concept living area and kitchen. Guardian Flooring does not require removal of the quarter round, which usually requires not only reinstalling, but also repainting all of the baseboards. For us, that saved at least a thousand dollars. Kristen and Dave worked with us to tailor the project to our needs, saved us a ton by doing so, expedited completion, and the end result is spectacular. You need look no further than Guardian Flooring if you need your hardwood floors refinished!

They were absolutely the best. I had maple floors that I was really nervous about (they are difficult) and Dave walked me through his process which reassured me. I'm so glad I went with Guardian... there were a few issues which were taken care of by Guardian and the quality is fantastic. I have gotten so many compliments on the floors. They were incredibly punctual, neat, and relentless in their customer service. And such nice people! I won't use anyone else!

David and Kristen were great to work with. Had a patch job that needed to be completed, spoke with Kristen and David was at our home the same day to do the work. Said he was in the area and wanted us to be taken care of asap. When the floors need to be refinished they will be my first and only call.

David and Kristen went above and beyond all our expectations. We had 3 other contractors tell us the could not bring the original hardwood flooring back to life. We purchased the home from the estate of the original home builder and wanted to stay true to mid century mod theme.
