"Michael and his crew did an incredible job. They were punctual, attentive, and had great communication. The Epoxy looks better than I could’ve hoped, and is a major upgrade to my garage. 10 out of 10 would hire again just don’t think I’ll need another epoxy coating for my garage anytime in the next decade."

"I was very pleased with the work that was done to clean the tiles in my kitchen and laundry room. Very surprised at how clean the floors were when done. Highly recommend for tile cleaning. They will be coming back out to clean all the carpets in my house and clean all heating/air conditioning vents."

"They are a small family owned company. There were two of them that came. They offered us a good price. It is an expensive job. The other people that we checked with wanted $1,000.00 to do the work, then they were willing to come down to $700.00. I told them I wasn't going to use them, and then went with Superior Marble. This is a job that I am never going to have to have done again while I live here."

"I called Clint Holmes (CHD owner) last week and described the work to be done. On the CHD website, there was an identical tub/shower that CDH resurfaced so I felt confident that they could do the work. We scheduled the work for the following week. Two men from CHD showed up on time, they were courteous, picked up after themselves and did the work as planned (about 4 hours of work). Despite the exhaust fan and hose to direct the fumes outside of the house, be aware that there will be a solvent/chemical odor that will persist and then disappear over a couple of days."

"In the beginning the cleaning went well.  We had them cleaning our main floor weekly and our upstairs every other week.  As I said things had gone well in the beginning and we referred them to neighbors and friends some of which hired them.  In October/November of 2014 we brought to their attention some issues with the quality of cleaning in our home.  At that same time they replied that they wanted to give us a 25% price increase.  We discussed and negotiated the pricing as we felt that large of an increase, especially when we had brought up issues, was a bit much.  We agreed upon a price and overall the cleaning improved.  However, we were told we would have the same crew most of the time and that never transpired.  They had also asked what hours worked and how late they could clean.  We had indicated 5 PM and on many occasions they were there much past that.
This weekend, however, took my breath away when thy informed us that they had several employees quit and therefore could no longer provide services to us via email.  They sent the same email to my neighbors as well and to one of our neighbors friends.  They are obviously having troubles so I would not recommend hiring them at this time.

Floor Polishers questions, answered by experts

Each flooring material has its own maintenance requirements and cleaning techniques. For example, hardwood floors may require occasional refinishing and specialized cleaning products, while vinyl and laminate are easy to clean with regular sweeping and mopping. Concrete and natural stone, on the other hand, may need periodic sealing to maintain their appearance and durability. Follow manufacturer recommendations and utilize appropriate cleaning methods to preserve the integrity of your chosen flooring material.

Like any other type of flooring, you will need to keep up with regular maintenance on your epoxy floors to keep them in the best shape possible; however, it is not like hardwood floors inside a house, which require special care and more consistent maintenance.

Just make sure you use the right cleaning tools and solutions. Avoid using harsh tools like scrub brushes or hard-bristled brooms. You should also skip cleaners that are highly acidic, including white vinegar.

Yes. Baking soda and vinegar—when diluted with water—are safe to use to clean sticky laminate floors.

The answer to this question depends on how large the room is and how much experience you have stripping and waxing floors. It will take at least 24 hours to strip the floors, then you must allow time for drying, waxing, waiting for them to cure, and, finally, buffing them. Since you likely will not be working for the full 24 hours, it is safe to say that this is a two- or three-day job.

Yes, you can mop hardwood floors with a damp flat or string mop as long as it is not soaking wet. Always avoid leaving standing water or fully soaking your hardwood floors, even if they are properly finished. A slightly wet mop, with or without cleaning solutions, will not damage the wood.
