"Michael and his crew did an incredible job. They were punctual, attentive, and had great communication. The Epoxy looks better than I could’ve hoped, and is a major upgrade to my garage. 10 out of 10 would hire again just don’t think I’ll need another epoxy coating for my garage anytime in the next decade."

"Very professional. Nic was adamant about the quality of his work and wanted to make sure each step of the cleaning process was appropriate and good. Did want to mention the cleaning ingredients got on my wood floor. It was wiped up but did some minor damage to the surface that my husband recovered. Would suggest a Drop cloth around the furniture if working around hard wood floors. Otherwise very satisfied with the cleaning."

"They do post construction cleaning for our construction company. We continue to use them and they do an awesome job. We have not had any problems. The owners always come back after and do a walk through to make sure that everything was done correctly. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of post construction cleaning services."

"They are a small family owned company. There were two of them that came. They offered us a good price. It is an expensive job. The other people that we checked with wanted $1,000.00 to do the work, then they were willing to come down to $700.00. I told them I wasn't going to use them, and then went with Superior Marble. This is a job that I am never going to have to have done again while I live here."

"I called Clint Holmes (CHD owner) last week and described the work to be done. On the CHD website, there was an identical tub/shower that CDH resurfaced so I felt confident that they could do the work. We scheduled the work for the following week. Two men from CHD showed up on time, they were courteous, picked up after themselves and did the work as planned (about 4 hours of work). Despite the exhaust fan and hose to direct the fumes outside of the house, be aware that there will be a solvent/chemical odor that will persist and then disappear over a couple of days."

"They are fantastic!
We had been talking about finding help to keep our 2nd floor and basement cleaned.  With my wife running a licensed daycare on the 1st floor (and keeping it spotless constantly), my job with unusual hours, and our sons sports activities nearly every evening and throughout the weekends, it was becoming impossible to keep these areas of the house cleaned to our standards.  We found Final Touch Solutions through Angies List and set up a meeting.  The owner, Matt, came out to the house to give us a quote.  He was extremely professional, nice, and obviously experienced.  He understood our situation and what we were looking for and knew exactly what was needed.  He gave us a very fair quote which we excepted.  They came in for the first visit to perform an intial power clean in the areas we were going to have cleaned.  It was amazing!  They even cleaned the floor of our shower that was stained and responded to no cleaner that we had tried.  Magen was then assigned to our home.  She has been wonderful...very thorough and detailed.  She has also been extremely flexible with times depending on those little emergencies that pop up.
We have been extremely happy with the service provided by Final Touch Solutions and use them on a bi-weekly schedule.  We would recommend them to anyone looking for help keeping their home cleaned.  It was the best thing we have done in a long while.

Floor Polishers questions, answered by experts

Steam mops can be a better option than traditional mops because the steam can lift stubborn dirt from floors without using chemicals, and it also kills bacteria and dust mites. However, steam mops have drawbacks: they are more expensive, require an electrical outlet, and are not suitable for all flooring types, such as laminate or hardwood, which can be damaged by the steam.

Regular mopping can also sanitize floors effectively when done with the right cleaning products and techniques, though it may require more effort. The main advantage of a traditional mop is its versatility, as it can be used on any type of flooring. Ultimately, the best choice depends on your floor type, budget, and cleaning preferences.

Common options include hardwood, tile, and vinyl floors. Professionals tailor methods to the specific material.

Yes, polished concrete floors are worth it for homeowners who want durability, style, and low maintenance in one sleek flooring surface. You get the modern visual appeal of stone or tile with far less upkeep and far less cost. Polished concrete flooring is tough enough for high-traffic areas, it’s a great choice for people with allergies, and it’s easy to clean. If your existing concrete is in good shape, polishing it can give you solid value that shines on for years.

Each flooring material has its own maintenance requirements and cleaning techniques. For example, hardwood floors may require occasional refinishing and specialized cleaning products, while vinyl and laminate are easy to clean with regular sweeping and mopping. Concrete and natural stone, on the other hand, may need periodic sealing to maintain their appearance and durability. Follow manufacturer recommendations and utilize appropriate cleaning methods to preserve the integrity of your chosen flooring material.

Suggesting regular dusting and spot cleaning to maintain freshness.
