"A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. Not only will you have contact with a personal sales/estimator, but he will purposively move mountains to ensure your small job is taken care of in a timely manner. After estimate is completed within 24 hours, you will have the opportunity to forget to follow up, but dont worry, another admin will call you to schedule the appointment that you forgot to make…literally for the next day. After work is completed to your satisfaction, you will receive your bill to easily pay online (who does that?). After it falling to the bottom of your email for a few weeks, you will be politely reminded. Not only was it easy to pay, they didnt even charge me extra for my laziness. Cant recommend this company to anyone, unless you of course want an actual great experience with a contractor."

"We had a serious water issue in our crawl space. This company was referred to me by a former city worker. I interviewed 5 companies and selected Smart Crawl as they offered us more for the dollar than other companies we received quotes from. They were several months out once we booked but stayed right with us on the timing and ended up getting to us two weeks ahead of schedule. I was very impressed with the entire operation, the install men were very good and very hard workers plus kept me informed during the 5-6 day repair. Once they started work they worked 8-9 hours a day pretty much non stop.The owner and office manager were also very efficient, professional and kept us totally informed. I was very impressed with this company and would highly recommend them. They installed french drains, added a sump pump, de humidifer, mold spray, drainage mat and heavy duty liner ,total encapsalation and a turtle enclosure. "Matt was quick to come give me an estimate and never made me feel pressured. His quote was much more reasonable than the other three quotes I received. I did receive a little bit cheaper quote on windows from one of the other companies but the salesman was very pushy and I didn't feel comfortable working with him. There was a slight miscommunication between Matt & the door manufacture regarding the finish on the door but Matt handled it and got the correct door re-ordered even though it caused a delay in the original timeline. Matt's crew was very friendly and efficient. I felt very comfortable having them in my home and they cleaned up very well after themselves. They did a great job installing the windows and doors and I'm looking forward to the money I will save since these are much more energy efficient than my previous doors. The front door adds a lot of curb appeal that was missing before. Overall I would highly recommend The Home Improvement Company."
