They did a good job

Absolutely wonderful! We have been with 20/20 for many years. Joe (owner) & his co-owner wife Amy for scheduling) are the best of the best in window cleaning exterior or interior ... bar none! Joe could actually be called Mr. Clean and Amy could be called The Great Communicator & Scheduler. They both have outstanding people skills and Joe is gurrrate with any kind of an uncleaned window ... they're that good!

Very well. I highly recommend them. Scheduling was easy. They arrived on time and worked efficiently to finish the job quickly. The windows and screens look great. They didn't over promise, but were honest about when they could get to me. I will definitely use them again.

quick and effective - good people

I've used them for 20 years. It's the same group of guys who do it every time and they do the windows in tandem, one guy in, one guy out. They leave a streak.

They called me back after I called and left a message. I've used them in the past and it was comfort level why I chose them again.

I had to keep telling them. They were timely and the guys were very professional and very nice. I think the guy had just bought the franchise so he was new at doing it so I think just given time he would be a lot better. They are coming back soon do do the outside windows.

They did all right, but not as good a job as in the past. One of the bench legs broke while being moved and this was never brought to my attention. I probably could have gone without treating the floor on the screened in porch--it ended up being kind of gummy as the original treatment hadn't weathered as much as the deck had. But no one picked up on that and made that recommendation. There was some light overspray onto my patio. I didn't end up pursuing this, but still thought it was a little sloppy. Overall, I wasn't as happy with their work as I have been in the past.
