Lastly, the team that installed the windows was professional and got the job done and a single day. I was really impressed with both the administrative team, the work team, and the project management team.

From the very beginning when Nathan came out to give us the estimate to the finished installation everything was flawless. The estimate was fair and there was never any pressure. Every question I asked was answered in a timely manner. Throughout the time we signed the agreement until the windows arrived from the factory we received a text every 2 weeks with an update on the progress /stage of the windows in production. Once the windows arrived at Factory Direct we were notified and install date was scheduled quickly. The first day of installation Bret, their lead installer, called to tell us they were on their way to the house and arrived as they indicated. Bret and Andrew were our installers and they got to work right away. They were able to remove the 9 old windows and install the 9 new ones the first day. They came back the next day and completed all the trim work. The install was done beautifully with some exterior trim that really looks great on our sunroom where the windows were replaced. Bret and Andrew cleaned up each day before they left and answered any questions we had. We are very pleased with the process from start to completion from Factory Direct and would not hesitate to use them again.

Very smooth Installation. Old windows removed and New windows put in place in one day when temperatures were hovering around 20 degrees. The installers vacuumed the area after each window was placed. I only have respect for Fred, the pricipal installer. Salute !

Our first contact with the office was very encouraging, they offered very accommodating times for a sales rep to come out and give us an estimate for free and they also explained financing terms. They made the whole process very simple, and that alone was impressive. Then the rep came out to give us a quote and told us all about the windows he recommended and showed us various pricing on different types of windows so we could make our own decision without any pressure. We belong to an HOA that wanted everything matching, and he assured me that when they were finished everything would be very in sync with the entire property. Sales reps here our knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. After our initial estimate we waited several months while we saved up some money and did some other home projects. When we called them back there had been 3 price increases, but they worked very hard to quote us again so that we could be as close to the original quote we had gotten months before. We are so appreciative! Then the installers came, this is what sealed the deal for us... They're installers know exactly what they're doing. They've worked for the company for years and they're not subcontractors that come and go! We had many estimates done and took our time deciding which company to go with.
