"Rob, I don't find it fair or accurate to take the specifics of what happened out of the story so allow me to fill in the details you chose to leave out to defend our name as the good and honest company that we are. Rob was quoted for an interior and exterior window cleaning over the phone. Rob never mentioned that he had storm windows "very uncommon" or that he was wanting the storms cleaned. Storm windows are four panes of glass with two panes of glass being internally locked in by a frame. To clean these you have to open the inside window and remove the two internal panes of glass from the tracks. Once cleaned you then re insert them. This is an extremely tedious and time consuming job that we do however not for the same price as just cleaning the in and out of a regular window. The team knew the inside storms were not included just by looking at the very low cost of the job so they proceeded to clean the inside and outside of the windows without removing the storms as they are trained to do. After cleaning the outside of the windows Rob said he wanted the inside of the storms cleaned and when the team gave him the price to do them he refused and told them to leave. I told the guys to not charge him for the windows we cleaned on the outside of his home and had them apologize for the confusion. I assumed after cleaning all the outside of his windows for free and apologizing that he would understand that the situation was a misunderstanding but I am shocked to see that he has left a poor review about us taking a large portion of the truth out of the story giving us a bad name :("
