Since the sale was contingent on getting these issues resolved quickly, we really appreciated his prompt service, even in the dead of winter. He replaced some siding, repaired some loose/lost shingles, cleaned the exterior of out upstairs windows. At first, I hired Rick to do some repair work on the small platform deck at my rental property; he did such a great job that I hired him to repair the platform deck on my primary home as well. "I wish I had before pictures so you could see the difference! We had the same thing done three years ago, and the outcome was not close to the work Tracey did. He cleaned and sealed the concrete patio, power washed, replaced a few boards on the sides of the deck and used a semi-transparent stain the deck/bench seating/side boards. The price was a bit lower than our other bid, his communication and customer service was outstanding, and we have already shared his contact information with neighbors looking for their own 'deck revival'"
