"Good company with good people. We wanted Hardie siding installed on our house and have had some dealings with contractors in the past that left us hesitant and concerned about having more work done. "It’s now been 9 months since they completed the job and I have yet to find defects. If you want a professional, knowledgeable - "no pressure-take the time you need to decide" sales process….quality work done, excellent communication, and prompt follow up ensuring everything is done to your satisfaction -- then hire Tom Pantzer/JD Hostetter. My wife was home with our 3 kids while the installation was done over the course of a week, and she was very comfortable with the crew. His site foreman Tony genuinely cared about getting the job done right, and had a great working relationship with his crew. They worked hard and didn't waste time. I also know why Tom wasn't the cheapest. The cheapest guys we talked with seemed to care most about "we do more jobs than anyone and get them done fast..." Tom wasn't the most expensive either - he was fair and honest from start to finish. Bottom line - you get what you pay for. Nobody likes spending thousands of dollars on siding, but we feel relieved we won’t be spending thousands more to fix shoddy work down the road. We found/called Tom only because of his great reviews on Angie's List, and are glad we did."

"We are very pleased with the results. We had problems with animals getting into the attic through a space between the gutter boards and the roof. Apex replaced the gutter boards closing up the entry space. They then put up new seamless gutters. This completely solved our problem. They also repaired a fracture in the vinyl siding on our front porch, putting up new siding on the entire porch to ensure that there was no noticeable difference due to aging - looks great. This is the second time I've used Apex. Recommended."
