"Jack and his helper showed up at the correct time. Jake was super smart on my plumbing project, that consisted of removing my old Water Heater and installing the new one I had purchased., and doing whatever else he had to do to make it fit. "Derrick was able to fix the leak on the cold water line leading to my waterheater within 20 minutes. Derrick was informative, professional, and efficient in getting the job completed. However, the initial price ($342) was very high he was able to get Pristine Plumbing to come down a bit. I still feel that for less than $15 in materials and less than 20 minutes of actual work that $250 was too high."
