Canâ t say enough about these guys!!! UHQ Construction crew started on Monday and went right to work without messing around. They arrived early around 7:30am each morning and worked until 5-6pm The best part is the project was completed all in three daysâ time (I was dreading being under construction for weeks)! The quality of the workmanship is outstanding! My new vinyl siding looks amazing! THANK YOU, Thank you, Thank you! Our house looks new again!!

A great company! Cory and his crew kept us updated daily throughout the Hardie siding project and went over and beyond expectations. Delighted with the work they have done.

A simple trim replacement around a bay window turned out to be a costly experience for us. Everything looked good until closer inspection during the paint process when we discovered this contractor had used caulk to cover up the fact that they had destroyed one of the window frames. Their refusal to remedy the damage caused by their negligence has now put us in a position to do a full window replacement at our expense and they are still demanding full payment for their destructive services. Their company policy seems to be not responsible for damage to surrounding conditions which says allot about honestly and quality.
Response from UHQ Construction, LLC
"Tom, as we discussed over the phone we would like to get this resolved and we would ask that you reach out to Cory directly if you want to resolve the matter. We explained that you have an 18 year old vinyl window that is brittle, faces the high sun exposure side of your house and is the original builder grade window from when the house was built. The window had a staple next to it and there was nothing we could do to prevent the damage as we discussed. Anyone removing that trim would have and the same thing happen to them. We also recommend that the window be replaced due to age and that it is outside of it manufactures warranty. Although we understand that is not a resolution you are happy with or wanted to hear, we are a local small business and we have to do what is fair for both sides. Again, please reach out to Cory if you would like to resolve this issue."

Good company with good people. We wanted Hardie siding installed on our house and have had some dealings with contractors in the past that left us hesitant and concerned about having more work done. When we expressed these concerns, to our POC Tony, he scheduled a meeting with the owner of the company and we all worked through the process of discussing and addressing concerns and ensuring we all had a good understanding of expectations and time lines. Tammy contacted us weekly to let us know if scheduling and updates and when it came time to do the job the crew was on time. They were professional, had great work ethic and were courteous. When my husband and I had any concerns throughout the installation, the crew our Tony or Corey would work with us and address or correct any issues. They are an honest company and they went above and beyond to do a wonderful job on the siding of our house. We are 100% satisfied and thrilled with the end result.

This was siding replacement for the second level of a 2 story house (first level is brick). UHQ was selected because of the positive reviews and the cost was less than other quotes. Though it seemed like a lot of money, seeing how much labor is involved in siding replacement, I now feel like we got a great deal. The Fiber-cement was replacing original wood siding. There was about a 2 month gap between agreeing on the work and the work beginning, due to scheduling and it being over the winter. We received regular updates on the materials being ordered while we were waiting for the start date. Once the work started, we received regular contact from the company, to assure the work was going as expected. The gentlemen who did the work were fantastic. Most of them only spoke Spanish, but we were able to figure out communication. I was truly amazed as how hard those men worked, and how late in to the evening they went. Their work ethic is something to be admired. The work took about 2 weeks, with some work being done on the weekends. Considering the amount of work that was done, this was very reasonable. In the end, the house looks much better, with every gap caulked. This is a company that is seems to be working to build a reputation by giving the customers a quality, properly installed product for a fair price.

We needed to replace our siding, trim and soffit; and considered several contractors in the process. It was clear early that our main contact for UHQ, Cory, was very knowledgeable and eager to help us ensure we were satisfied and getting the best product for our project. We chose James Hardie. The installation was done very well, and was completed within the expected time frame. We couldn't be happier with the transformation of our home and would definitely recommend them to anyone we can. Thanks, UHQ!

Replaced all the LP siding on my house with James Hardie Color Plus cement siding and I am very satisfied. The installers did a fantastic job installing the siding and all the trim on the house they very detailed on the installation. The crew cleaned up the area every day so the were no nails or pieces of trim or siding laying around. Also they replaced all the gutters and leaders on the house and it looks great. We had 5 other quotes and my wife and I were very glad we chose UHQ. From Joe the Salesman to Theo in the main office and Cory the job site supervisor everything went very smoothly and they were very easy to deal with and understood what I wanted and made sure it was done correctly. Thanks again!

I bought a house with water damaged siding. I hired UHQ to remove all the siding, repair rotted boards and install Hardie board siding. Hardie siding has a 30 yr. warranty, which is voided if installed incorrectly. Corey the salesperson assured me that his crew was certified, competent, and would be respectful of my home, the safety of my pets and that the job would be done in 1 - 2 weeks. It is now week 4 and the job is still not complete. The entire process has been a nightmare. It took 2 months to have supplies delivered. During installation Corey was hardly on site and the communication between Corey and the crew was pathetic. The crew began by wrapping my house ( not with the required Hardie wrap) without repairing the rotted boards. I had to stop them and ask why Corey didn't instruct them to perform the repairs first, and why they were not using Hardie wrap. Their reply was "Corey Who? Nobody talks to us." At the end of each day, my family and I picked up BAGS of nails and debris left scattered everywhere. In the second week, the crew drove nails through my AC lines and once the wall was opened up from the inside by my AC company, it was revealed that they were driving nails 4 inches off from the studs. There were so many nails that missed 2 studs going all the way up the wall. I can only hope that these heavy boards are secured to SOME studs, I guess I'll have to wait for a true storm to find out! This crew damaged light fixtures, down spouts, screens and left things undone. I have nail holes and scuff marks all over the siding and the crew did not even bother to open up the touch-up kits. This is by far the largest and most expensive home improvement project I have done, nearly $30,000 spent. I am so frustrated and disappointed in the end product. UHQ should be ashamed of themselves. I notice (now!) that most of their 5 star reviews are for roofing projects. DO NOT USE THEM FOR SIDING! Corey the salesperson is friendly and knowledgeable but he does not represent the crew that will actually be working on your house. Despite promises that he would be closely involved with the installation - he is NOT! I absolutely regret hiring UHQ.
Response from UHQ Construction, LLC
"UHQ Construction is always committed to customer satisfaction. A fair amount of the review from Melanie A. in Fishers is not accurate to what UHQ Construction experienced. At the end of the job UHQ was paid and the James Hardie Rep inspected the house and expressed to the homeowner how great he thought the house looked and thought everything looked to be installed correctly. Cory is the Operations Manager for UHQ Construction, not a Salesman. Cory works closely on all projects to make sure the homeowner gets what they wanted. If you read past reviews you can see that Cory has provided outstanding service to all customers he comes in contact with, this is the first customer UHQ is aware that Cory has been unable to satisfy. There was a delay in getting the materials and when it was discovered that the supply house had made a mistake, the supply house called the homeowner to apologize. After that the homeowner informed UHQ Construction that there was nothing they could do to earn her trust back, at this point no work had started to the homeowners home. Cory was on the jobsite daily and in constant communication with the crew, the homeowner was asked to stop asking the crew directly to do things but she refused. The homeowner was unreasonable, rude, cursed and yelled at the employees of UHQ Construction, at one point she yelled at Cory and slammed the front door in his face when he was trying to help resolve concerns. At another point the homeowner asked Cory for a discount because the homeowner preferred people of the same gender. When Cory would meet with the homeowner over any and all concerns she was unreasonable, had a lack of understanding for the process and tried to take over the project management of the job. The home was 2 times the average size and Cory told the homeowner that it takes 1-2 weeks for the average home but since her home is twice as big it would take twice as long. Cory was the first person to notice the wrong house wrap was onsite at 7:30am on day 2 and had the correct Hardie house wrap on site at 8:30am and was the one who pointed out the mistake to the homeowner. At that point he explained that the supply house had sent out the wrong house wrap and Cory had already gotten the correct wrap. We needed to wrap the entire house to make it water tight before we would be able to replace the large amounts of rotten wood on this house. Cory explained to the homeowner that replacing rotten would can add additional time to the completion of the job. The homeowner expressed she wanted the rotten wood to be replace faster but was not understanding of the process even after Cory met onsite with the homeowner to explain what was happening. UHQ Construction ran a nail magnet at the end of each day and tried to keep the jobsite clean. Cory went to the jobsite at 7-9pm multiple times to make sure all debris was in the dump trailer and a nail magnet was run. There was damage to an AC line and UHQ Construction paid for all damage related to"

UHQ Construction did a phenomenal job replacing our entire roof that was badly damaged due to hail/wind. I had met with a few contractors and was overwhelmed with the whole process. Then Corey with UHQ Construction came along. I found Corey to be knowledgable, trustworthy, and patient in answering our multiple questions. We were beyond pleased with the entire process from start to finish and our new roof looks great! I highly recommend UHQ Construction for their quality work and making the process flow as smooth as possible.

Cory was very prompt in responding to our inquiry and was at our house at the time he promised he would be there. He was very attentive and sensitive to our concerns and budget. We were very impressed with both he and his crew of workers. The day the job was scheduled they showed up on time and were done within the time frame Cory said they would be. We have small children and pets and were very happy with the clean up job they did. We were concerned about roof debris and nails, but they got everything cleaned up. Cory has followed up since to make sure everything is still ok and I appreciate that detail to customer service.
