"A+ made the entire process seamless. We’re so happy with how it turned out and can’t wait to swim!"

"I don't know how anyone could write a poor review of this man or his services. I have been working with a company which was unresponsive, expensive and rude. Joe is just the opposite. He responded in less than 12 hours from my phone call, came out the same day that he called and diagnosed the problem in seconds. He is very friendly and knowledgable. He spent an hour with me teaching me about hot tub chemistry. I have been dealing with pools and hot tubs for 20 years, but learned more in that hour than I had learned in the previous 20 years. His price was very reasonable. I will be using him from now on for all of my hot tub needs.

"Very helpful and professional. Did a great job! Pool had not been open since Sept 2021. Had it clean and running in no time. Will definitely use this company to maintain the pool. Recommend to anyone needing help with their pool!"

"On time and great quality. I have had a few pools installed on my rental properties and MW pools was by far the hardest workers and they pay extreme attention to detail. I enjoyed working with Mr.Park and plan to do so in the future."

"Prompt and professional response to my request for quotation. It was an unusual job, since the pool cooler that I wanted installed is not common in this area. Brian showed up on the day he said he would, installed the cooler, and it worked beautifully overnight - pool temp dropped from 91 degrees to 81 degrees, with overnight low ambient temp of 71 degrees. Thank you Brian, and My Wife's Pool for excellent service. Now we can enjoy a refreshing swim on a hot day instead of looking at 95 degree water that is like getting into a hot tub. Terry"

"It was great, the pool technician was very helpful and kept us updated on what repairs were needed. He followed up after his visit to ensure we knew the next steps. 10/10 would have this technician again."
