I wouldnâ t say they are professional. No. More like superhuman. Not only is their work good but they start a job they finish it quick. Great looking work. My home looks better & is more secure.

I love my new windows. Zack and son did a great job. Cost was reasonable and they came in early from the expected delivery date. Son Zack even worked a Saturday to get the job done. They cleaned up and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely hire them again.

Zach worked with me to make sure he understood my goals and any challenges were addressed. I had 3 other in home demos, but none could even come close to Polar Tite quality or cost. The installer was very professional and detail oriented. The windows look terrific. I would highly recommend them.

Zach and his son did an amazing job changing out all the old windows in our house. Right from the beginning Zach was up front about the time it would take for the new windows to come in but once they arrived the team was on it! They came when they said they would. They kept us informed on what to expect. They did extra work to make 2 existing windows match the new windows. They cleaned up. I couldnâ t be happier! Now we just have to change out the doors:) I would highly recommend them and will use them again!

Great group of guys very polite, respectful, and cleaned up their mess. They installed 17 windows not only do they look great but they have save me a couple hundred dollars a month on electricity bill.

Received 3 quotes Polar Tite sold me on not only a better price but in not trying to upsell me. 11 windows installed in less than 2 days. Zach and crew were nothing but respectful and informative when ever we had questions. Answered every and any call I made for questions. Will be using them again for my doors and frames to be replaced.

how they respected myself and family made sure they had everything cleaned up. windows do eliminate alot of outside noise. made sure all windows were leveled i have a crooked house they did 12 windows that was specially built i recommend them to anyone who has window needs

Zach and his crew did a phenomenal job despite fighting mother nature. We were informed of the process and given information at every turn. This family owned business is making a difference one job at a time. They have my recommendation and support, outstanding work gentlemen!! Once I get the peach door painted to match the new red door the transformation will be complete I wish my other half was as quick as your crew, Thanks again.

Polar-Tite windows and doors A++ EXPERIENCE: HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! 1) From first contact prompt, courteous, well informed with samples of the actual construction of the window. 2) Non-pressure sales approach but honest about why he chose this window over other competitors. 3) Measured on first visit with a ball park figure I could compare with other bids. Had installer come back same day to go over and confirm measurements. 4) Once I accepted bid, clarified installment time based on supply, I was pleased to find out the estimate was close and was updated when there was a small delay from factory. 5) Excellent communication and call back on any question always on same day. 6) Installation went as planned coordinating with my personal schedule. The work took alot longer because of all the water damage.The guys did a great job.They fixed everything the right way.
