"It went great. The posts had to be tied into some angular non-traditional stairs. I could not figure out the cut, and I never did railings before so I decided I needed a professional. It was a small job only 3 steps but important and detailed. I had difficulty finding someone who wanted to take it on. Mike was very willing and confident he could do it. I was confident in Mike also, and was not even home when he was doing most of the work. Mike kept me informed with photos throughout the project. Final result looks great and is nice and strong. I highly recommend."

"It was a difficult project. It’s one of those small houses in Nortbrook where they are predominantly have car ports instead of a garage or a garage that was converted to an extra room. It was a project with many challenges structurally as well as meeting the strict NB codes. It was more than we thought price wise but again things came up unexpectedly. Ricky is a very clever and experienced guy, fantastic. Throughout the short journey was Ivona. Ivona is very responsive and gets back to you immediately. They are so lucky to have her. "I have had a LOT of contractors doing work throughout my home over the past year in what basically amounted to a full-home remodel. Brian elevated some cabinets in my kitchen and tackled 2 bathroom remodels. Of all of the contractors who came through, Brian was by far the one who took the most ownership and pride in the work that he did. He is very knowledgeable and skilled in a wide variety of trades and he did an excellent job. The only reason for the little ding on his report card here is that it took him quite a bit longer to complete my main bathroom than was originally quoted, but Brian is admittedly a one-man band, and so that can be forgiven, given his excellent work results."
