Brian was beyond exceptional!!!! He exceeded all expectations and went beyond to make suggestions that we never would have thought of. We had assorted jobs and he performed them all with such expertise. The caulking in our shower stall, he was not fond of the colored caulk I bought and steered me to what would look and serve us best. He was so right and it matches beautifully. He painted our laundry room and bathroom. In the laundry room he had to sparkle holes first. He raised the door stop so it wouldn't bang on the wall and recreate the hole. We didn't think about that, but he diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He painted the bathroom and was a perfectionist in respackling and repainting this section so it was totally unnoticeable. Brian asked for silicone spray because the door he kept going in and out of squeaked badly. I will go out and get some, I always relied on WD40 and he explained the difference. Every step of the way Brian treated our house as his own, we were so impressed!!!!!!

I have had a LOT of contractors doing work throughout my home over the past year in what basically amounted to a full-home remodel. Brian elevated some cabinets in my kitchen and tackled 2 bathroom remodels. Of all of the contractors who came through, Brian was by far the one who took the most ownership and pride in the work that he did. He is very knowledgeable and skilled in a wide variety of trades and he did an excellent job. The only reason for the little ding on his report card here is that it took him quite a bit longer to complete my main bathroom than was originally quoted, but Brian is admittedly a one-man band, and so that can be forgiven, given his excellent work results.

- On time each day, - Completed the work as promised. - Finished our project on time. - Did a few small extras at no charge. - High quality work. - I am a retired private, semi-custom home builder who built 300 homes and had a full time call back man to do this type of work on my builds. I would hire Brian in a second for that position to do all the fix up work making all my new home customers happy after their build.

Brian is a consummate professional, punctual, and dedicated. His final work product was gorgeous. Exceeded my expectations. He goes above and beyond to explain every step of the process and keep the customer informed. He works very clean and makes sure not to get dust on the rest of the furniture. I recently hired Brian to repair a large part of the fence in my yard that blew down. I have dogs and I live on a busy street. He came up with a great solution. Worked all day to correct the problem. Several of my neighbors had fence issues from the same storm. I had mine fixed right away because I called Brian!

Unfortunately I paid him 50% up front. Big mistake. He never started before 10:30 and left by 3:30. I gave him cash to buy some materials(which I thought were included in the price). He purchased some personal stuff for himself and has not returned the balance. Dumb on my part. He said he would remove the trash from the beginning of the job. He did not. He never returned to complete the second half of the job and has not been responsive to my calls. I had to hire another contractor to complete the job. Very bad experience.

I recently used Brian, to complete a quick turnaround water heater replacement. Condo I rent, the heater blew, I have tenants which are living in the condo, to set the scene. Brian at end of the normal business day, took the call, agreed to complete the repair and by the end of a short evening, had the water heater installed and old one heater disposed. His cost was very acceptable and after a little research his cost was less than 1/2 of H.Depot installation. We both agreed HD cost was excessive anyway but good to know. I assisted to appease my tenants during the repair, and he wasn't adverse to my watching his work from time to time. The laundry room was a bit tight space to work in. He kept the tools and his work noise and inconvenience to a minimum. To be fair, he chats a bit w/ you but its is comfortable banter and doesn't detract from the work. In a normal situation he would have estimated the work on site, purchased the materials (in fact he duplicates all parts needed, except the water heater of course, to have a back up plan in place) then returns the unused parts. I would recommend him. He'll be upfront about his scheduled work pending and if he cannot complete the project you need, he says he wouldn't leave you in the lurch. He communicates well and contacted me timely throughout.

I would highly recommend Brian after our experience with him. He repaired our bathroom subfloor, and then installed new tile, vanity, toilet, and baseboards. He did an exceptional job, and his attention to detail throughout was fantastic. We've already recommended Brian's services to friends and family, and will be using his services in the future.

I initially called Brian to fix a toilet leak on a new toilet that someone else had recently installed. He came over right away to fix that. He also verified the problems I thought existed with the original install. I was so impressed with his work, personality, and level of care that I hired him to change out the dining room chandelier, loft ceiling fan and 3 ceiling fixtures. I also had an old water leak stain in the dining room ceiling that he repaired/painted. I ended up not liking the brightness of the LED ceiling fixtures and he was kind enough to pick up some dimmers for me. He's considerate and doesn't leave a mess. I couldn't be happier with his workmanship and am already thinking of more projects. I highly recommend.
