"They did a good job. They were very good and I've used them more than once. I would recommend them."

"It turns out that my tenant decided to do the work. I was impressed with their response and willingness to do the work on an expedited basis. If I have a need for pool service in the future, I will call them."

"Cesar is incredible. I am keeping his number for any future pool needs. My pentair heater had a service light on. We tried troubleshooting on our own but needed someone who knew what they were doing to take it apart and get inside, and I am so glad we found Cesar. He was able to squeeze me in quickly even though he had a pretty packed schedule, he was prompt, knowledgeable, and very responsive and communicative with me throughout the week. He had to order us a new sensor and install it. The entire job, from the initial service call to ordering the part, getting it in, and installing it was completed in less than a week. I canâ t say enough good things about Cesar at Solis Pool & Spa! Thank you for your speedy work! My boys are so excited they can finally swim in a pool warmer than 70 degrees lol!"

"Our hot tub had a large amount of damaged pipes. Spa RX fixed our hot tub at a very reasonable rate. Thank you!"

"There was a terrible storm overnight and my pool and spa looked horrific my pool was green and had a bunch of leaves and branches in it, I was hosting a big party for an engagement celebration the next day, so I was very stressed out, I had called other pool companies and received no response, when I reached out to Marco, he responded right away, was very empathetic to the urgency of my situation and he was able to come first thing in the morning and he made my pool look amazing! He’s a very honest and extremely professional person, I will only ever trust him to work on my pool from now on! He’s the best person you can ever hire to work on any and all of your pool needs!"

"5/1/21 This is a change to the review that I gave Universal Spa Service in Jan 2021: My husband and I are finally enjoying our hot tub again. Kyle, who works for Universal Spa Service has been doing his best to address my former concerns and make our hot tub work properly. Kyle is professional, responsible, polite and very knowledgeable. Ask for Kyle and you will get good results. My new positive ranking on this business is because of Kyle, I would sincerely recommend him to do your project! ,"

"Dave came out for an emergent issue caused by our previous pool company on a Saturday, none the less. We scheduled the appt for Monday with HomeAdvisior, but I called him directly and he was able to get to me right away! He's been very responsive, knowledgable and helpful."

"I needed an emergency repair to a under ground pipe. Jaime came out immediately, assessed the situation and made the repair within hours. I can't thank him enough for getting my pool up and running again before the weekend."
