"This place has terrible customer service and doesn't care about small pool purchases (they only prioritize big projects). As of May 14, 2020, I paid (down payment) for a 16' pool from Russo's Pools. I was told my pool would be installed in July 2020. The installer was to go out to look at the site within 1 week. They never did. I called and got no one, only leaving a message or the phone just ringing. This was all last summer 2020 with no communication. I contacted Russo's pool in March 2021 and was told they didn't have my pool nor had any idea what happened. They have given me the run-around since. I was told the installer would call me, and week after week, they did not. Not until I asked to speak to the owner that the installer called me, stating he had JUST gotten my number. The owner discussed them obtaining and installing an 18' pool to make things right. Anthony Russo is now stating he never said that; he says he only said he would look into it. All discussions about pool and site were about 18'. Even the assistant I have been talking to this week has been checking deliveries for the 18' pool and working on getting one. Anthony Russo says he can't do that, and I am here 334 days later and NO pool."

"This guy is a fraud. He has about 5 reviews two of them were from his son and wife who gave him a score of 5/5 without any comments. He came and installed two main drains and caused damage to the piping by the equipment. Folded the winter cover wrong and was told to repair the damage he caused and to redo the cover. He promised he will after he got the money and ran away. I called more than 20 times, left voice and text messages and he won't care to respond. After 2 months he said he won't day any more needed repairs because he thinks I won't pay him which is a lie. I never negotiated his price and paid him immediately without delay."

"I needed someone to close my pool as an injury prevented me from doing the job myself. William (company owner) responded within 10 minutes of me requesting the service on Angi. We chatted about the pool, I sent him a couple pics of the pool and mechanicals. He provided a very fair quote right away. Based on his timeliness and professionalism, we scheduled the job. William and his crew arrived on time the next day and got right to work. Efficient, professional, and friendly. He knocked on the door to ask any questions he had during the closing. Start to finish, he and his crew had the pool drained, lines cleared, plumbing winterized and covers in place - all in about 90 minutes. Would have taken me all day! Responsive, professional, fairly priced, courteous - You can't ask for anything more from this service provider. BIG thumbs up for The Dolphins Pool Service!!!"

"They did a great job painting my pool. On time, let me know timeframes but texting me. Chris is nice and amazing. Great company for your pool, there are a lot of bad pool companies. They are professional and honest!"

"The absolute worst! These guys "opened" my pool. PJ, the owner and an employee were on site. I had to spend two hours helping them because they couldn't figure out how to attach the railings and diving board. They didn't vacuum! They didn't even attempt to balance the chemistry. They didn't turn on the heater, unless you count pressing the on button. It was not working, and needed repairs which I wound up doing myself, they didn't bother to check it, at all. Worst of all, they failed to tighten the bolts on the diving board, and as a result one of my kid's friends got injured when the board went sideways. Stay away. Literally, anyone else is a better choice."

"First, Tim spent an hour on the phone with me ON A SUNDAY, trying to help me work through the issues to save me the service fee. Second, he was willing to come out the next day to get me up and running. While fixing the initial issue, he found a few minor parts that should be replaced before they fail. Once the parts came in, he returned and fixed it all up. The entire experience was great. I just met Tim but felt like a friend was helping me out. I was at work during the process but Tim sent pictures, videos, and we FaceTimed to make sure I was aware of what was going on and how the repair was progressing. I hope I don’t need his help soon, but won’t hesitate to call for help with any issue. Good service is hard to find nowadays, so working with Tim and Lifeline Spa was refreshing."
