If you mention you found us online right now, we'll even drive out, inspect the problem and provide you with a fair estimate at no charge. You won't find that elsewhere. Our business is expanding so we're just now hitting the web after over 20 years experience in hot tub spas, swim spas and pool repair & maintenance. Word of mouth from our existing customer base of thousands of customers has kept us plenty busy, but if a business doesn't stop growing it atrophies, so we've made preparations and are ready! Our specialty is repair, not sales, of all makes and models! We even do some service under manufacturer's warranty, dependent upon the brand. References are of course available upon request! Two months now and the issue is not fixed. They are not answering calls or texts. Very bad communication I texted him April 15 thru April 22 and from April 26 thru April 29 and never heard back from him. My job started on Feb 28, and it finalize by May 2nd and the issue is now fixed after I had to contact Angi on April 28 and made a complaint the contractor called me by phone and insulted me and hung up the phone on my face. Without Angi I would not be able to solve the issue and I for sure will not work with this company again.

Holy cow I could NOT give Alan enough stars for the work he did with our hot tub. We just bought a house that came with one, weâ ve never owned one before. From the get go he was honest and upfront about anything and everything before I even hired him. He came out several times and didnâ t charge me for evaluations or testing of different components. He thoroughly tested everything he could at every step so he could explain what kind of repairs I may be looking at before I had to commit to anything. Afterward, he even taught me how to use all the different chemicals I would need to keep it all going. STAND up guy running a business the way it SHOULD be - honest, up front, and with all the integrity in the world. Thanks a bunch buddy!!!

I have struggled with this review, with what to give, etc... but, after reading more of the latest ones, it is best if I am more honest, I started with a 4, but am dropping it. Alan was great to begin with, but over time his customer service was not the best. We were not sure if we had an electrical problem or the spa itself was having issues. Alan came out and told us the motherboard was bust and it should be replaced, which they did, but the power was still tripping. The light also stopped working once they fixed the brain. We had paid, but getting him to come back and fix the light was a problem and took weeks, also with yelling matches on the phone where he got very defensive with us. In the end, they fixed the light and the job was done right, but it was all a bit dodgy. Even the warranty receipt for the new brain is literally one line and does not seem too legit. Go in with eyes wide open.

Run for the hills. Allan is by far the biggest deceiver I have ever done business with. I was promised a new top for my used spa, which was 10 months ago. I had to order a new top because Allan uses COVID as an excuse to take your money. I would not suggest Allan if he was the last spa store on the face of the earth. His customer service is zero, and has an attitude problem, getting in several screaming matches with him. The other vendor I used got me a top in 5 days. I am currently putting together the paperwork to file a lawsuit. Run for your life away from Allan and Universal.
