"There were a couple hiccups here and there, but when we explained that to Chris' team, they were quick to come up with a solution to the problem, and went so far as to talk with the software developers to find about a computer-based program that would incorporate the cameras into a single user experience. Luma cameras have some quirks, and if you like them, it can be a good experience, but they're expensive cameras, and the only ones offered for the installation. That's an important note, because if you don't like Luma, this will be a problem for the project. However, for the larger scale single-site installation, especially after Chris got back to us with the new Luma AWS (which was not out yet at the time of the installation), this team and this product were a good fit.
