"I was totally awestruck by Mike's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He was able to reassure me that my used computer is in tip top shape and has more memory then I even imagined. He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. I have already opened a file (in my filing account with his name on it)! I am making a list of things for him to help me with and will definitely be back in touch with him. I highly recommend Mike's company to anyone looking for an honest, reputable computer repair person."

"Technician showed up on time. Listen to what I had to say although I am not very computer knowledgeable. Was able to diagnose the problem quickly. I will definitely use him again and will recommend him to my friends."

"Anthony called at a predetermined time to help me with an issue that I had not experienced in the past.  He was very professional, extremely pleasant and when he took remote control of my computer, I knew we were in good hands.  He restored documents and pictures that I thought were hopelessly lost.  He also cleaned up and eliminated unnecessary programs.    I sat in the comfort of my home, sipping coffee while watching Anthony work his magic.  Take my tower to a shop where it will languish for two weeks?  No thanks!  I will be contacting Anthony for any future computer repairs.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Let me start this, my second review, with an apology and correction to TOM who I incorrectly referred to as TONY in my last review and have apparently started a trend of people reviewing him as Tony. Sorry, Tom you deserve better.
In my first review, I mentioned that Tom had been uniquely professional when I asked him if he could build a computer for my children to use. Although he had a great option, he actually steered me in another direction that would save me money and still give me a great product even though it meant that he would pass up my business.
First, this honesty solidified my impression of Tom and his company, secondly it made me look for other ways to give Tom my business.
Rather than buy a new computer for my kids to share, I looked into having two surplus former work laptops "re-purposed" to be used by my kids as introductory learning computers.
I called Tom, and he said it would be no problem. He said he would even be able to safely removed the network security software installed by the old IT people at work that even the new IT folks said couldn't be removed!  I dropped off the laptops and within 48 hours I had a call that both laptops were complete! Both laptops were cleaned of all data and applications and then checked to ensure comparability with Windows 8. One laptop needed a significant memory upgrade.
I was VERY impressed with the speed and efficiency of Tom's work. My kids are THRILLED to have their new computers. Especially, since they don't have to share! (Maybe they're just a bit spoiled).
