Rick was on time and very professional. He asked questions and listened. I had a minor printer issue that really took less than 5 minutes to figure out but days of frustration for me since I didn't know what I was doing. Rick explained the problem, fixed it but felt bad that it only took a few minutes to fix and didn't want to charge the normal fee. So he asked if there was any other computer related concerns and just to hear his expertise was worth every penny. He charged a modest fee. Consumers are always worried about getting ripped off well I found some one who is definitely the opposite of that. I have already spread the word about his service. Technician showed up on time. Listen to what I had to say although I am not very computer knowledgeable. Was able to diagnose the problem quickly. I will definitely use him again and will recommend him to my friends.

Ric is very professional, prompt and reliable. He kept me updated of the progress while he was doing work on my computer. My compurer is working well, it just needs a few tweaks. I would recommend him to anyone who needs work on their computer.

I searched around for a bit and this company definitely had the best price and the service was excellent! The technician that worked on my laptop was very courteous and patient with me. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of computer repair. My technician really went above and beyond to make sure everything was working on my laptop and even made sure my printer was working before he left. I've gone to places like Best Buy for computer repair in the past, but GP Cuztomz definitely had superior prices and customer service.

Very professional. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was honest in his recommendations. I did not purchase anything, but took his advice. He saved me money, he could have sold me a service to repair a TV that was beyond its life cycle. Instead he told me to purchase a new tv and gave me several quotes. His customer service and honesty are rare in today's culture.
