RJ Graham Plumbing IncAnother company put a camera in my drain line and told me that a portion of it needed to be replaced which would require tearing up carpeting, digging through concrete and then pouring new concrete. I had RJ Graham come out for a second opinion knowing they would be honest with me about my issue. After reviewing the drain line, it did not need to be replaced and they saved me thousands of dollars! Would highly recommend for honest service!- Trina L.

They were prompt and professional in conducting a site visit, providing product recommendations, answering my questions and providing an estimate which included the toilet fixtures, labor and removal of old toilets. The Scottish PlumberI looked on line for a plumber who could come out as soon as possible to help stop the flooding of my basement. Tom Tolari came within 40 minutes after his assignment for the day. He was able to open the outside trap and rod out the drain line. The water immediately started to drain. He was pleasant and professional leaving the front yard looking clean. Thank you Tom Tolari! I could not be happier. Not only did they fix what a Sears repairman failed in two attempts, but when the parts were delivered to my home on Sunday at 1:30, he was at my house by 2:30 without charging an additional fee for a Sunday call. My dishwasher is running perfect now. They even called later that evening to double check it was still in working order. Could not say enough good things about first time experience with this company. I have already referred them to other people. I will always call them before anyone else. In this day and age it is hard to find a company that not only is cost efficient, but professional and courteous as well.

A guessing approach to troubleshoot issue with refrigerator and its freezer. At the end, it appears that the technician knowledge of my appliance wasn't solid. No suggestion for using measuring device and after I used it and provided the results they were interpreted incorrectly. I almost bought a new refrigerator as I was told that the refrigerator's compressor was bad but, luckily, after advice of another technician, not associated with Neli, the right part was replaced and the refrigerator is working again.
