"I don't have a ladder to reach my second story gutters, and dirt had built up in them to the point of weeds beginning to grow in them.  I had been delaying this project, but saw Lake View's truck drive by yesterday (with "GUTTER CLEANING") written on the side and decided to give them a call.  
I spoke to someone in their office at about 8:00 a.m. and was told that for a two story house, gutter cleaning would cost $120, not including a $15 discount for first time customers.  So I provided my address and was told they'd finish the job "today or tomorrow."  
Sure enough, by the time I was home from work that day, the job was completed and an invoice was in my door.

"Very professional from quote to installation. Did a great job replacing 14 windows (double pane glass packs) of various sizes as well as replace some of the wooden frames that were beginning to rot. It took 2 days for a 2-person crew. Final cost was about $700 more than original quote because there were more windows with rotted wood than originally anticipated but the installation team told us when they discovered the issues and gave us the option to proceed or not before incurring the extra cost which was appreciated. Very pleased with the workmanship. Cost effective given they replaced the glass packs instead of tearing out all of the window frames which were either in good shape or restorable by the crew. We will use Apex again in the future and will recommend to friends."

One of the windows was a large bow window which had to be custom built to fit into the style of our 92 year old house. It look better than the original!"

In this building, we have a condo association and I wasn't involved beyond going on Angie's List and picking one. That was my job noticing the glass blocks were breaking and finding a tuck pointer. It looks like to me that they did a good job. That is all I can say. Two people came and did the work. I think they did it in a day. They were fine and clean. They did their job."
