"I don't have a ladder to reach my second story gutters, and dirt had built up in them to the point of weeds beginning to grow in them.  I had been delaying this project, but saw Lake View's truck drive by yesterday (with "GUTTER CLEANING") written on the side and decided to give them a call.
I spoke to someone in their office at about 8:00 a.m. and was told that for a two story house, gutter cleaning would cost $120, not including a $15 discount for first time customers.  So I provided my address and was told they'd finish the job "today or tomorrow."
Sure enough, by the time I was home from work that day, the job was completed and an invoice was in my door.

"Ronnie and his crew were fantastic. They were at my house within hours after I called. Ronnie explained exactly what needed to be done. The shattered glass was cleaned up and the replacement glass was ordered. When the new glass came in an appointment was scheduled and he came out to put it in the door and correct the four casement windows as I had requested. All work was spot on. I highly recommend LDS."

"Great price.  Spoke to the estimator John.  He noted several problems that most other masons didn't, including a bulging rear wall around the rear entrance that had to be rebricked.  That allowed me to negotiate with the seller for a price reduction.

UPDATE:  While cost effective, they did forget to tuckpoint and replace the broken bricks under the chimney.  They eventually went back to fix it, but clearly looks like a last minute job and not as professionally done as the front of the house.
