Ronnie also went above and beyond in explaining the different types of glass I could use and tested the adjoining windows to make sure they were low E-glass, which is what he recommended for the picture window. "Only a business owner with the utmost integrity would tell you that you are better off not buying his service, and that's exactly what Chris Davenport did.  He drove out to my residence to give me a quote on fixing some cracked bricks, and after inspecting the cracks, Chris indicated that he could definitely fix them, but he wouldn't recommend doing so because the cracks were purely cosmetic and that the tuckpointing would be more noticeable than the minor cracks because the grout around the new bricks would be a lighter shade.  How awesome is that!?"
