Final cost was about $700 more than original quote because there were more windows with rotted wood than originally anticipated but the installation team told us when they discovered the issues and gave us the option to proceed or not before incurring the extra cost which was appreciated. Very pleased with the workmanship. Cost effective given they replaced the glass packs instead of tearing out all of the window frames which were either in good shape or restorable by the crew. "From the first entry of Steve into our house on the initial sales call, we had nothing but a positive experience with this company.  For years we had been dealing with water seeping into our basement which was both coming through cracks in the foundation and up through the floor hydrostatically.  Steve provided an assessment of our problem and recommended the solution.  About the only problem was (and extremely minor) was it was supposed to be a two day job and it took three and half days.  However, they company more than made up for itself with post work response.  Right after the crew was done and had left, it appeared water was pooling near where they dug the soil.  We called and the crew returned within an hour.  What happened was, the crew washed their equipment there leaving the pool of water and forgot to tell us.  This was easily explained by the crew chief.  Then also post work, we experienced a torrential downpour and still had a little bit of seepage through the basement floor.  After hearing our complaint, Steve sent a crew back again after we had already paid.  The crew jackhammered open the floor, addressed the problem, repacked the hole with gravel, and cemented it over.  Since that time, we have not had one drop of water in the basement.  It feels so good after all these years.  Many companies would probably not come back again after payment but this company came out twice.  I can't imagine how the service could be any better and I would highly recommend them for any basement water problems.
