"I had a drywall disaster one Saturday night. I thought the drywall on the affected wall would need to be replaced. As a matter of fact I was told that much by a very knowledgeable person. So I went to angie’s list with the intention to find a drywall installer. MKD was one of the providers i selected. I did that at about 8 pm on that Saturday night. I then turned on my TV to watch a movie not expecting anything till at least Monday morning. In about 3 minutes I got contacted by MKD and after discussing my options, I was happy to learn that all was not lost and that they could do a miracle saving me from installing new drywall - a 2k endeavor. And guess what, they could do it Sunday morning! Wow. Mario showed up exactly on time. He was very patient and friendly throughout the whole proce . He worked for about 7 hours and did an AMAZING job. I also asked him to touch an area in the kitchen that had bothered me and my wife for months. He took care of that too. We were a very happy family that night indeed. Thank you, Mario!! I’m going to use MKD for all my painting and deywall needs!"

"Hired Jose and his crew for a second job (Spraying Ceiling Black), and they did an amazing job as expected. They were very Careful of the painted walls and the floor and everything was contained and cleaned up afterward. Jose Was very upfront with us and his work ethic is one of a kind. "We had 6 rooms of ceiling drywall replaced along with installing 16 canned lights and 6 ceiling fans. Johnny was not the best to work with, was confusion on some days who would be showing up, if anyone. When they were initially finished, almost all of the ceiling lights had some blemishes that were visible outside of the light cover. The joint of the ceiling and walls in multiple rooms was already showing a lot of cracking and separating when they were finished. One wall with wood paneling had new quarter round installed, but it was stuck to the ceiling with liquid nails, not a nail gun. It also uses 3 different pieces that are either different sizes or colors and we have liquid nails residue on the brand new ceiling along with 2 odd screws used to keep it installed. Johnny was not the most attentive at times. It took 2 weeks after we gave him our deposit check before we heard anything from him on a start date and that was only after we texted him for an update. So much more to say..."

"Joaquin Sanchez is very hard-working. He was cooperative and very interested in pleasing the customer. He did a great job in cleaning up the exterior of my home. Joaquin needs a better rain suit because he got very wet during the process of pressure washing the house. I would recommend him to do this work. He does need to be more careful around the motion detector lights."
