To prepare for the basement waterproofing job, Juan and his workers did the demolition: removing all the perimeter wall drywall and most of the drop ceiling in the basement. After the other company installed the drainage tile system, Juan and his workers rebuilt my basement, including framing out all new walls, putting up drywall, sanding and painting the walls, installing new drop ceiling. I also had them put in new plumbing (my house is old) in the basement as well as some new electrical lines, including a new 220 line for my basement shop. They put my electrical covers on the outlets I had done previously by an electrician, boards to my basement landing that had caved in, added caulking and installation to areas I pointed out, to putting up a new mailbox I had purchased.
