On the other side, the job has become so specialized that while installing the dry wall of the ceiling, if a crack is noticed on the connecting drywall of the wall, it will not be informed nor repaired as it is not in the contract. I had to hire another guy to do the repair in drywall of the wall before painting. I still recommend him to get the job done. "Juan and his asistants from K, B & D Remodeling, LLC, did a fantastic job in my home. I had hired another company to waterproof the basement. To prepare for the basement waterproofing job, Juan and his workers did the demolition: removing all the perimeter wall drywall and most of the drop ceiling in the basement. After the other company installed the drainage tile system, Juan and his workers rebuilt my basement, including framing out all new walls, putting up drywall, sanding and painting the walls, installing new drop ceiling. I also had them put in new plumbing (my house is old) in the basement as well as some new electrical lines, including a new 220 line for my basement shop. Part of the basement floor needed repair, so Juan did that as well. He and his crew did other repairs as well in the basement as well as doing some roof repairs. Juan was easy to work with. "I also had them to put drywall up in many areas where I had holes in the walls from having electrical work done. They also did many handy man jobs I needed around my house. They put my electrical covers on the outlets I had done previously by an electrician, boards to my basement landing that had caved in, added caulking and installation to areas I pointed out, to putting up a new mailbox I had purchased. Anything I thought of they were able to do. I highly recommend them! The pricing was also comfortable and within my budget. The paint jobs was excellent too!
