They informed us they needed to use a machine and it heavy to assist with removal. The day of the job the team came did the job in two hours and used nothing but solvent and scrappers to work. No mask, no protective gear. The cost that was quoted did not match the work. We choose that company because of all they claimed. It just never happened. I received the paperwork stating it was free from contamination and we were safe. We have no problem paying for good work. I feel they took advantage of our situation. I had received quotes from 3 other companies and they were much cheaper, but again we choose MARs, never again. "
