Best service and best price, period! Everyone else insisted on me spending the day at home while a "Tech" (high pressure salesman) trapesed through my house giving me quotes that were 20-50% higher for same products!"

"I coordinated the work with Mr. Rooter's home office. Unfortunately, they didn't relay to the technician that he needed certain materials to get the job done. This caused about a 60 minutes of extra time for the technician to search around for the part and then go pick it up.
