"Sunday March 28, 2021 I had the pleasure of working with Aqua Doctors Plumbing at 1304 Eastview Drive Waukegan, IL 60085. At home there were two (2) small gas leaks at connection points with my furnace and the stove. They were the first to reply when I initiated the request for quotes on Saturday 3/27. They scheduled an appointment for the next day between 11-1 pm. They arrived at the beginning of the window of time they quoted (yippee). I was prepared to provide shoe covers due to the pandemic. They were respectful of safety measures and had their own shoe covers and masks in hand already. Bravo! Chris and Rob were very good at providing and explanation of services to be rendered. A consultative approach was used and appreciated. They did not talk down to you as the client/non-plumber in the room. They worked expeditiously and thoroughly resolving both issues. "We had a horrible smell in our crawl space and thought we had dead mice down there and found an exterminator on Angi, but it turned out to be a sewer leak and there was sewer water down there. Drains Inc. came out right away and rodded out the sewer pipes. They were completely blocked by tree roots! Tim and his son took care of everything the same day and let us know there was black mold in our crawl space. They recommended a restoration company and they came out the same day. We were very impressed with how fast and professional they were! We’ll definitely call them for all of our plumbing needs in the future! Thanks so much!"

"My bathroom was from 50 years ago, original to the house, I have a walk in ranch with concrete floors and radiant heat. The workmen did a fantastic job of taring down and remove the old cast iron tub, removed all the walls to expose the plumbing. I had to have a new drain installed and that needed the expertise of plumbers, after the new drain was installed in the concrete they came back and within one day the job was completed and it turned out fantastic.
