They handled all the permits and hoop-jumping nonsense with the village, began the project on time as promised and delivered a great backyard oasis and front yard transformation. They did everything from patio, to landscaping to lighting and of course, the beautiful pool, which they also provided after installation assistance with the care and upkeep. Great bunch to work with and I highly recommend them"

"This place has terrible customer service and doesn't care about small pool purchases (they only prioritize big projects). As of May 14, 2020, I paid (down payment) for a 16' pool from Russo's Pools. I was told my pool would be installed in July 2020. The installer was to go out to look at the site within 1 week. They never did. I called and got no one, only leaving a message or the phone just ringing. This was all last summer 2020 with no communication. I contacted Russo's pool in March 2021 and was told they didn't have my pool nor had any idea what happened. They have given me the run-around since. I was told the installer would call me, and week after week, they did not. Not until I asked to speak to the owner that the installer called me, stating he had JUST gotten my number. The owner discussed them obtaining and installing an 18' pool to make things right. Anthony Russo is now stating he never said that; he says he only said he would look into it. All discussions about pool and site were about 18'. Even the assistant I have been talking to this week has been checking deliveries for the 18' pool and working on getting one. Anthony Russo says he can't do that, and I am here 334 days later and NO pool."

"I needed someone to close my pool as an injury prevented me from doing the job myself. William (company owner) responded within 10 minutes of me requesting the service on Angi. We chatted about the pool, I sent him a couple pics of the pool and mechanicals. He provided a very fair quote right away. Based on his timeliness and professionalism, we scheduled the job. William and his crew arrived on time the next day and got right to work. Efficient, professional, and friendly. He knocked on the door to ask any questions he had during the closing. Start to finish, he and his crew had the pool drained, lines cleared, plumbing winterized and covers in place - all in about 90 minutes. Would have taken me all day! Responsive, professional, fairly priced, courteous - You can't ask for anything more from this service provider. BIG thumbs up for The Dolphins Pool Service!!!"

"Back in 2006, Hearth and Home installed a gas insert into my wood burning fireplace. Their work was superb. Over the years, they serviced my gas insert every other year (cleaning). In 2017, I decided to redo the look of the fireplace. I contacted Hearth and Home. The staff was excellent throughout the entire process. I had some ideas, but they helped those ideas become a reality. The gentleman in the showroom helped me with the materials and look of the fireplace and provided and estimate. Then someone came to my home to ensure that what was being requested was feasible. While at my home he mentioned a couple of ways some situations could be done. I was thankful for his expertise. We were able to eliminate an electrical cord that had been used to power the blower on the fireplace. They also eliminated a big price of the insert which allows the stone of the fireplace to shine through. The gentleman arrived on time each day and cleaned up before they left each day. I am thrilled with the results. I can recommend Hearth and Home without hesitation."
