Best glass block pros near Tower Lakes, IL

Tile installer with over 15 years in the business specializing in natural stone and marble repairs to full remodels we can do it all thank you for your interest

"Lakeside  arrived a little late and immediately got to work.  Very professional and respectful of my home and possessions.  They took the time to answer questions and explained everything that they would be doing.  I had several estimates and decided to go with Lakeside because they came to the job before the appointment and gave an estimate instead of nickel and diming me for each thing that would be done.  The windows look and feel beautiful.  My one issue is that on their website today, (I had the windows done yesterday) there is a fifteen dollar off coupon for windows.  I wish that Noah had mentioned it to me.  Just like anyone, I would have liked to take advantage of that opportunity."

"The workmanship is admirable. The result is a treasured heirloom. A stained glass window beautifully repaired & reframed."

"Very professional from quote to installation. Did a great job replacing 14 windows (double pane glass packs) of various sizes as well as replace some of the wooden frames that were beginning to rot. It took 2 days for a 2-person crew. Final cost was about $700 more than original quote because there were more windows with rotted wood than originally anticipated but the installation team told us when they discovered the issues and gave us the option to proceed or not before incurring the extra cost which was appreciated. Very pleased with the workmanship. Cost effective given they replaced the glass packs instead of tearing out all of the window frames which were either in good shape or restorable by the crew. We will use Apex again in the future and will recommend to friends."

"Extremely professional services provided. Exceeded my expectations for the custom glass & mirror job I requested. Price was better than 5 other quotes I received."

"The process of picking the door, side glass panels and hardware was really hard for me...there were so many wonderful choices! Once the actual finished door and glass panels were installed, I was amazed at how it completely transformed not just the outside of my home, but I love walking past my door within my home as well. Everyone who comes to my house notices there is something different about it! I really love it. Unfortunately, the installer noticed an imperfection on some of the panels. They insisted the door be replaced at no charge. When the new door came, once again, there were imperfections. This was the manufacturer's issue and not Next Door's, but they, once again, were so over the top accommodating and insisted the door be replaced AGAIN at no charge. The door looks fabulous and the installation was done to perfection. Bottom line, this company stands behind their product, has tremendous follow-up and follow-through, and does a wonderful job in all areas of the process. They are true professionals and I recommend them without any hesitation to anyone wanting a gorgeous door!"

"Ronnie and his crew were fantastic. They were at my house within hours after I called. Ronnie explained exactly what needed to be done. The shattered glass was cleaned up and the replacement glass was ordered. When the new glass came in an appointment was scheduled and he came out to put it in the door and correct the four casement windows as I had requested. All work was spot on. I highly recommend LDS."

"I chose this company based on their product (Allside) and their reviews
on Angie?s List.  Ultimately I am very pleased with the product but was
dissatisfied with the customer service.
The owner and salesman,
Kevin, began the relationship fine but when I identified missed items on
the estimate (windows to be replaced, negotiated & agreed upon
dollar amounts) he got frustrated and irritated.  In the end he hastily
hand wrote the final order so it could be signed on the spot.
The
installation went well and I enjoyed working with the crew.  One window
broke when it was removed and they crew tried their best to get all the
glass from the carpet.  Minor debris was found around the house but I
expected some.  They were all very polite, professional, friendly and
hard working.
One of our windows was not ordered properly (we
asked for frosted, it came clear) and this was caught prior to
installation.  Kevin treated me like a nuisance when I brought this to
his attention. He began to insult me at which point I told him the
decision is his on how he'd like to proceed - I refuse to argue with him
over it.  In the end, he got the correct window and it was installed a
month later.
The windows look great, and held up against some very heavy storms so far.

"The work looks great!  They cleaned up afterward too.

"They were able to coordinate the initial measuring and subsequent install around my schedule. The install was clean and the glass material was great. No need for any followup adjustments."
