They measured twice with two different people and they explained their process before and while doing the project.

Chris did a great job--fast, precise, and also did a thorough clean-up of the broken glass. (My basement window was broken by ice sliding off the roof!)

The owner came and made an estimate of $450 to adjust a shower door hinge. His workers came later the same day and adjusted the door hinge. They spent 15 minutes making the adjustment and left. The owner still charged the estimated amount plus an environmental and disposal fee. There was nothing to dispose of. The owner would not change his billing and charged the additional fee. The owner does not respond to emails or phone calls. The workers did a good job in 15 minutes. Recommend that you avoid using this company! We got overcharged.

Professional and good follow up

I live in a condo on an upper floor of a 40-year-old building. There were 4 windows with foggy glassâ each window is a different size and type. The most noticeable one is large and 4 stories from the ground. I made time-consuming inquiries to several companies with unsatisfactory results. They asked for pictures, detailed window info, and just to look at the job were going to charge $80-$120. I wish I had known to contact Glass Doctor of Grayslake first but they didnâ t come up on the searches. I live 20-30 miles South of Grayslake. Here is why Iâ m so pleased: 1-Someone responded by phone right away to my online request. 2-At no charge, a polite rep with proper ID came out within a few days to access the job 3-Unlike the others, he said they can do the job from the inside. (Others said they would need to rentâ at my expenseâ an expensive lift or have a man hang from the roof) 4-It took a few weeks for the proper glass for a couple of the windows, but the whole process was fairly timely. The installers were polite and really knew what they were doing. The results are great and finally this project is â …!

Glass Doctor - Grayslake did such a great job on glass replacement for several foggy windows. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and clean. So good that I am currently in process of a second project for my home.

Everyone from their office to the gentlemen that came to house were friendly professional and very helpful. It was difficult to find someone who would do a small job like mine but they were happy and worked very timely. This a grea company!

The company responded very quickly to my problem of a broken window which I found very impressive and important. The new glass was installed last week and the fit and workmanship was excellent. Great care and patience was taken by the installation crew to not damage any of the support and insure a proper fit . Very professional company with skilled installers. I would hire them again. Highest rating as far as I am concerned. I would highly recommend Glass Doctors. I believe that you will be pleased with their customer support and professionalism. Great company.

I needed a glass panes replaced. Everything was done on schedule just as they said it would be. Good value for the money.

Larry who came to measure and install my rorken front window was always professional; explained everything as to what he was going to do and afterwards. was very careful of the window, the furniture and his overall actions. He did a great job and made me feel comfortable with his work.
