It didn't matter if it was sunny/60, thunderstorms, or snowing; weekday or weekend, they always showed up with a great attitude and ready to help. Special props to Martha too for being the gate keeper of it all and answering my many phone calls. Long story short, I will hands-down always recommend Flo-Maxx Sewer and Drain. "Excellent service - Charlie was responsive regarding the quote and the service. I was notified of any potential delays and Charlie provided me with multiple options every step of the way. Service was provided in a careful manner to ensure all of my property was protected (floors, walls, etc.) and following installation of the new water heater all of the mess was cleaned up. I am very happy with the overall service and after obtaining multiple quotes I believe that the service I received from Charlie was not only reasonably priced, but was very high quality. I would take into consideration Charlie's competence along with the price when evaluating any cost estimate from him.
