"On Sunday, July 1, the tenant in my rental property informed me of a leak between the 2nd and 3rd floors. This was frustrating because this same leak had supposedly been repaired four days earlier by another plumbing company that, of course I later learned, is closed on Sundays. As it turned out, the previous plumber had not fixed the problem correctly: the 3/4-inch pipe they installed was too short. Charles provided me a detailed invoice, which will be helpful in my dispute with the previous plumber.
