"Daniel was a pleasure to work with, from initial estimate to job completion. An old sinking blacktop driveway was replaced with a concrete one. The job was completed in a reasonable time frame (the longest wait was for my village to approve the permit!). It looks beautiful, greatly improving the curb appeal. "Richards provides quality work at a very reasonable price. Troy and his team were respectful, arrived when scheduled, and treated my property as if it was their own. Each day they left the area was clean of debris. The driveway was pitched for water runoff away from my house. There are no puddles in the driveway after a rain storm. I have Richards seal coat my driveway. Richards sprays the seal coat on the driveway. The drvieway looks like the seal coat was just sprayed on well over a year after the application."
