The repair technician diagnosed the issue right away. A bit pricey but worth it.

Technician was very friendly he wore his mask, he diagnosed the problem, I needed a cleaning of furnace and thermostat replaced now furnace is working great it did not need to be replaced as previously quoted by another HVAC company.

My AC died on me in the middle of the night, so I texted them instead, using the Home Advisor App...They responded before I had my first cup of coffee in the morning! They sent out Art to help me shortly after hanging up... WOW !!! Art knew right away the problem and went to his truck for the part, and it was fixed in minutes. Even before the HOT SUN started to bake my house... I am extremely grateful. They now have me as a permanent customer for both my central air and heating systems... I highly recommend it.

both gentleman were nice, they had to come out three times,the first time they changed something that was no good, the furnace, worked for a while, called them to let them know i set the furnace for 70 and it will only stay on to 56, they came right back out, found out i had a block in the chimley, they cleaned that out , still would not hold settings, the next morning, i think it was the owner AL that came out,, so far it has worked fine, I will always use them for my repairs, they dont charge You a arm and leg, very reasonable.

Best in the business. Art did quality work at a fair price over several visits for me. I cannot say enough about the honesty and professionalism he exhibited. Discovery is the best HVAV firm I have ever used. This matters. Being a professional woman means nothing to some folks. Some firms see a woman and take advantage. That did not happen here. I am a 30 year homeowner. Like you, I am just looking for an honorable service partner to handle the systems in my home. It is a puzzle until you find a great partner to help you run your systems. HVAC systems can be a matter of life and death. I had Art out after a flooded basement to check the furnace. Fair price, good advice on that event. Later, I had my furnace motor go out. Art came and replaced it in a very professional manner and at a very fair price. Hey, we can all go on line and figure out what a part costs. Discovery and Art were fair and gave me tremendous peace of mind. My heat is on right now and it is perfect. I got a price for my cooling that I will replace in the spring with Discovery. Why? They are fair, professional, knowledgeable, and have shown me a track record excellence. For women who have been ripped off, I would especially recommend this service. Ask for Art. I have used Discovery on several occasion over the past 1 1/2 years since I inherited two small properties in the city and know little if anything about heating and air conditioning systems. They have never let me down in terms of providing top notch service. You get what you pay for and they are worth every penny! I consider myself blessed to have found Art and Leo to help me out especially during emergency situations.

They answered the phone in the later evening and gave me some good things to try and resolve the problem. When those interventions did not work, I called them back the next morning as they instructed me to do. My air conditioning issue was evaluated and fixed that morning. I felt they were very responsive and fixed the problem quickly when we really needed them!

The boiler had needed some replacement pipes as well as the solution to the slight smell of gas when near the boiler itself. Prior to calling for service for these issues, I had removed the majority of the damaged piping and purchased all new of what I was able to remove. I couldn't remove the bushing that attaches directly to the boiler or the nipple that attached to that bushing to save my life. On the night prior to the day of my appointment, there was a snow storm and time moved ahead. I had forgotten to move my clocks ahead that resulted in my arriving about 20 minutes late. The repairman was kind enough to not only wait for my arrival, but to shovel part of the snow from my walkway that leads to the basement. This guy is just great. He removed the fused together bushing and nipple in no time flat. It was amazing for me to watch. I had to pick up a couple more pieces of pipe for my job to be completed and we scheduled to continue after I did so. Luckily, The pipe I needed was in stock and he was able to return the very next day, he removed my bushing and nipple, installed ALL of my pipes, and provided and replaced my leaking gas line. MY BUILDING NOW HAS HEAT AND I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!!! Now I have to have the other parts of the building repaired that were damaged from when the boiler had stopped working and a pipe had burst. You won't be disappointed if you hire Discovery Heating and Cooling. If I have another related job in the future, I will definitely call Discovery. Thanks again Discovery.
