When the A/C in a townhouse we own started failing (about 20yrs old), we searched for companies that could replace it . The first one was quite responsive, came out and did an assessment and gave us a quote to replace the HVAC system. Their price quote almost knocked us over. Looking for another alternative, we contacted MMDS and sent them pictures of the current set-up. Michael gave us a quote estimate over the phone that was thousands!! less than the original quote for the same equipment. We approved MMDS quote on a Tuesday, got the permit approved on Wed, and they installed the system on Friday. The installer was very professional and even fixed an issue with the dryer vent while he was there. The final price was exactly as originally quoted with no add-ons. A company with this kind of service and response really deserves more than 5 stars. We highly recommend!

I submitted my request online at night and received a call the very next morning getting some more information and the service tech was able to fit us in his schedule that morning. They recharged the AC and also came back a few days later to make sure everything was functioning properly. Overall, great service and convenience from start to end.

Extremely responsive, L.E.S. replaced our gas furnace igniter on a Sunday within 2 hours of my online request. Fast, efficient, professional!

They sent out a technician who was not familiar with our type of boiler. He made recommendations and purchased a pump that we did not need. He did not install the pump properly, according to our next heating technician we had to hire. Within 12 hours of LES services our heat was out again and we had another company come out to fix what they could not. LES tech recommended we get a new boiler. The other company we used was able to help us very satisfactorily with our existing boiler. We tried contacting LES to discuss our satisfaction via email and 2 phone calls, they never returned our calls. We are now disputing the $664 charges.

Professional, knowledeable, and very reasonably priced. I have 3 furnaces and 2 air conditioners, so the savings was significant. And with service like theirs, I'll be a repeat customer in the spring for my air conditioners.
