Their team arrives when they say they are going to arrive, they work quietly and efficiently, and never leave a mess when they are finished. Not once was there an issue with the measurements or the install of any of the products - everything has fit like a glove and looks beautiful. I found Chicagoland Home Products three years ago when my house was being built and I was not happy with the closet shelving gentleman that was hired by the builder to do all the closet shelving. The good thing is that I've held back a hefty amount of monies to finish paying off the project. I get there are delays based upon who does what type of specialty work.
