Their team arrives when they say they are going to arrive, they work quietly and efficiently, and never leave a mess when they are finished. Not once was there an issue with the measurements or the install of any of the products - everything has fit like a glove and looks beautiful. I found Chicagoland Home Products three years ago when my house was being built and I was not happy with the closet shelving gentleman that was hired by the builder to do all the closet shelving. My window treatments are beautiful. And again, exactly like the closets and the garage, I had a design meeting with Zach at the house and he had drawings and pricing for me in a day. The good thing is that I've held back a hefty amount of monies to finish paying off the project. I get there are delays based upon who does what type of specialty work.
