After understanding my needs they created a design suggestion and I loved it, they sent me the design and price quote and once I signed off on it they contacted me to schedule the installation. The good thing is that I've held back a hefty amount of monies to finish paying off the project. I get there are delays based upon who does what type of specialty work. "Fabian has been very good about staying in touch. Everyone knows the weather has been so difficult for landscaping this year. We had our first meeting in March . I had a specific target date and it appears all will be finished but one item out if stock until July and perhaps the sealing of the brick work based on the weather. Neither item can be blamed on the company . The teams that were here were efficient and courteous . They were very good about tidying up before leaving each day. We ended up making several changes to the plan as the landscape developed . Fabian had some creative ideas that turned out to be very attractive. I added a number of tasks as we went along and was accommodated on all of them. I ended up spending more than I intended but I added a lot after the first contract. I would hire Unique again."
